Best dirty martinis!! Good is always delicious. Favorite area restaurant.
Service was excellent.
Mexican dishes weren’t authentic but they were good.
It was my husbands and my birthday so they gave us both a free dessert. We were both too full to eat it so they let us take it home to enjoy the next day
We’ll be back!
We didn’t realize it as we were talking but our food had taken a long time. Our waitress came to our table with complimentary nacho chips and three dips. Now that’s classy!
The cheddar burger and fries were delicious. Pork quesadilla was fine.
Easter dinner was phenomenal! Salmon w/ Spanish rice, eggplant & guacamole cream should always be on the menu!! Spring green strawberry salad was a fresh side. Our server, Christina, was the bartender & our server. She was excellent! Personable and efficient, she removed the charge for our cornbread when it arrived late (not w/salad). That was a good business practice. Will be back again & again!
This was the first time ever that I actually had a reservation and still had to wait 40 minutes to be seated just craziness/unheard of.
Drinks were good but dinner portions were small, especially of the vegetables. Server was busy and abrupt; brought our check before asking if we wanted dessert or coffee (which we did!). Noise level was intense. May be awhile before going back.
Excellent personalized service !!!!!!!!!!!Anticipates needs, awesome food!
The brisket was a huge disappointment . Very tough, difficult to chew. We have had this prior & it was delicious but not this time???
Dane was an attentive and cheerful server. He made excellent recommendations, was sincere and didn’t hover. The salmon was cooked to perfection. The Juniper salad is exceptional with a variety of greens and veggies. The sesame ginger dressing was scrumptious. It was my birthday and I chose a dessert: the chocolate pecan pie w/ Sarris ice cream... have mercy! Thank you, Juniper Grill! We shall return for Easter!
We had a tasty late night meal with good service. The brisket quesadilla was yummy and the raspberry margarita was a delicious twist on an old favorite!
Would enjoy at least one soup not considered spicey.
Great meal and attentive server. Juniper Grill has a great menu and they've recently renovated and it's beautiful!
We had a pleasant dinner, great food and great service!
Our server was attentive, but impossible to hear with all of the noise in the restaurant. Cocktails were good. Corn bread was excellent, very moist. My friend ordered an item off the menu and then was told they were out. My dinner (vegetable enchiladas) was bland and I did not eat it. They were out of our dessert choice too. If I'm going to spend $100 for dinner, there are much better options and I would not recommend this restaurant.
We really like the "new" and "brighter" Juniper Grill look and wait with anticipation for the finishing touches in the main dining room and patio. Looks great and it's so much brighter inside now. Great job to everyone involved!
Amazing food and service as always...new server we have never had ...met all expectations!
I overall enjoyed my experience at Juniper grill although it had not been my first time there, It was my dates first time and she loved it!! Her food was excellent and the desert and wine were fantastic! Only issue was my wood smoked salmon was over charred and tasted a bit too much like ash while being dry as well. Overall very good otherwise!!!
I always love going to Juniper. The staff is amazing and the food is always on point! I love the cornbread croutons ans their lemon drop martinis! Perfection!
I have been visiting the Juniper Grill since it opened, so I would guess that I like it.
PROS: Signature cornbread with fresh berry sauce and the pineapple infused cosmo (2).
JUST OKAY: Lamb, fillet mignon, and the mashed potatoes (3).
CONS: The rice, fingerling potatoes, the crostinis, the croutons, and the salad all tasted like they were prepared two days prior and stored in a parked car (5).
**We’ve gone back 3x for the cornbread and cosmos. Unfortunately if we go back again it’ll be just at the bar after we eat elsewhere.
Had to wait 45 minutes to be seated for a 7:15 reservation. So everyone was starving. Male server was not very friendly at all. And my barbecue platter was over cooked and dried out. Not a very good experience overall, and I usually like this place.
Arrived for reservations during weekend immediately before Valentine's Day. VERY crowded when we arrived. After being told that they were "running late", we went to the bar so we could sit down. Service at the bar was friendly and responsive. We were personally contacted in a short time to be seated. Two (not one) staff members were very apologetic regarding the delay. We were more than satified with their attention and concern.
We came for our "favorite" entree of Wood Grilled Romaine with Salmon. Exellent as always. My wife asked for some additional dressing and it was provided quickly and with a smile. Grilled asparagus was "great" as well.
This is our favorite local restaurant. It delivers every time ---and it is always jumping with chatter from customers who seem to be having a good time as well.
Our night started with a half-hour wait for our table, despite having reservations. While waiting at the bar, my wife ordered a Sidecar, a very well-known cocktail that the bartender said she didn’t know how to make. When our name came up, our name was never called out, and our table was given to another couple who they thought was us, despite the fact that we had JUST ASKED ABOUT OUR TABLE, and they knew we were waiting at the bar. When we finally were seated, the food was just average at best.
Our 6:45 reservation wasn’t seated until 7:20. When we inquired around 7 pm, we were told there was one party ahead of us. We watched 3 other parties seated after that, and one of those came in AFTER we did. When I inquired again, the host claimed he called our name out and we did not respond so he assumed we left. We were 3 feet away the entire time and looking right at him. He never called us. We were comped an appetizer, which was appreciated. Our waiter was great, and the food was fantastic as always. I would think reservations take priority over walk ins, especially on a Saturday evening.
We had a great time; good food, good service! We weren't rushed, which made it very nice! Overall, a great place to go!
The food was great, very nice but casual atmosphere. We had a child with us as well (5 of us) and the staff was very accommodating for her. Great food and beverage lists. We will definitely come here again!
Portions and service was embarrassing. Server had a horrible desire to wait on us and should not even be in the service industry. $15 for a glass of wine that might have been 2oz. Not worth trying to discuss with server. First time & last.
Excellent food and service. The music has gotten too loud and not appropriate for the majority of the customers.
WE HAVE EATEN THERE ON MANY OCCASIONS & HAVE ALWAYS ENJOYED.
First time at the restaurant. Seated right away. Server was attentive and polite. We ordered the street tacos for our appetizer. They were awesome. We shared the small house platter for dinner which was very good. We also ordered the cornbread skillet. That was very good. We choose to order the chocolate pecan pie for desert. That would be my only complaint. The crust was very hard. It was served cold. It was t very good. Over all was a great meal.
We were greeted by a pleasant hostess and seated promptly. Our waiter was efficient and helpful with making selections. We enjoyed an appetizer of a trio of dips with nachos which were fine(the guacamole was quite good). Our entrees were shrimp and crab enchiladas and fish tacos. Both come with beans and rice cut we ask if we could substitute one since we were sharing and they graciously offered to substitute any of their other side dishes. We one for the grilled asparagus and it was an excellent choice. The enchiladas were filled with shrimp and crab with a smooth, flavorful white sauce over them and the fish tacos had tender fish with a mango salsa which had a little heat to it that blended well with the other flavors. Such a pleasant atmosphere for friends to get together and be able to talk during dinner. This was our first visit and we will definitely return.
This is a great place for a 1:00pm lunch. My favorite is the rotisserie chicken and avocado salad.
We both enjoyed our food and our server, Josh, was excellent. We will definitely go there again .
The brisket quesadilla here is one of my most favorite things anywhere. The southwest options here are first rate.
As always, a very busy restaurant with good food. We did have to wait over 40 minutes for our table even with reservations but they did give us 1 free appetizer for the table to compensate. Our food was only lukewarm but still tasty. We will return but not on a holiday.
The atmosphere was cozy, and the waiter was superb.
Sat on the porch at 7pm on a Friday right before Christmas. It was very loud but the por ch is always very loud. Service was good but food (sandwiches, tacos) were just average. The BBQ is very good - everything else is just average. Drinks were well made and served fairly quickly. OK value for $
I have never been disappointed with having a meal at Juniper Grill - the service and food are always the best - never any issues - definitely worth going to.
Our server was Emmanuel and he was, as always, perfect. Spot on attentiveness without being intrusive.
