Juni is a fine dining experience, located in the Hotel Chandler in Manhattan�s Flatiron district. The head chef, Shaun Hergatt, has won Michelin stars for his unpretentious French cuisine in an elegant atmosphere. The kitchen at Juni is seasonally driven, sources its ingredients locally and uses sustainable and organic produce and meat whenever possible.
Juni has a five-course tasting menu that changes at the chef�s or the season�s whim. Recent menus include first courses such as hearts of palm, and peekytoe crab. Second courses such as Gigamoto oysters and handmade gnocchi are followed by fish such as salmon or bass and lamb tenderloin.
