Chicken is fantastic! I've eaten here three times now and all three dining experiences were excellent. Perhaps the chicken (Sunday) and the brisket (Thursday) are my favorites. The side dishes can be a little spicy but the wait staff know which ones are the hottest. Also, you have the option of skipping the various hot sauces.

We love the food at JuneBaby! Especially the Sunday fried chicken dinner, sides included. Best fried chicken around, and there's enough for several days of delicious leftovers. I'm a huge fan of the granola, too, and sprinkle it in my yogurt and fruit every morning.

Attended JuneBaby’s Mother’s Day brunch! It was an excellent event! Enjoyed how everything was set up and the service, flow, wine selection and music were all great! We thought most of the food was good, but a couple of things just didn’t work for us, the chicken patty and the egg dish were very blah. The biscuits were the bomb!! Eating at JuneBaby before, we were expecting a more southern flair with a little more spice! That all being said, we will definitely return and would attend another function like this brunch! :

Awesome Mothers Day brunch. Chef Jordan and jazz musician Marcus Johnson but on a great show. The whole Junebaby staff were great. The food was outstanding and the service was world class. Highly recommended and I will be back.

We visited Junebaby for their Mother's Day Wine Brunch with Marcus Johnson. It was amazing; the food, the staff, the artist. Chef Jordan was welcoming and explained the menu and Marcus Johnson explained the wine pairings. His music was exceptional as was his personality. He visited all the tables, said hello and he took pictures with us. Overall, an amazing experience. We love Junebaby, Chef Jordan and his staff. It's our favorite restaurant.

We have been waiting for over 3 years to get to June baby. And it was worth it! The food was absolutely delicious, the ambience was Very pleasant we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Can't say enough about our servers.. Bradon¿ Our server.. Brian? Our greeter. We were treated like family.. The food portions were very generous and the drinks were absolutely over the top!!

I was excited about this restaurant from the moment we made the reservation. The menu sounded so wonderful, we wanted to eat it right now! Lol When we got to the restaurant, there was a buzz in the atmosphere. We knew we were going to have a good night! The food was out of this world. From the pigs ear, buratta cheese, and the brisket. Everything was soooo good, the flavours, textures, and portion size. Even the sides from asparagus to the cornbread was very good. We do not live in Seattle, but if we did, this would be our neighborhood spot. Definitely worth a try for any day of the week.

The food was not good. Gumbo tasted tinny and had little flavor. The brisket was passable at best. Simply not worth the hype or the cost.

The food was fine, it wasn't as good as I'd hoped. My seafood gumbo came without seafood in it at first. When I asked about it, they brought me another dish with seafood in it but it was all overcooked. There was a ball of some sort on top that I thought was a hush puppy but after trying it, I think it was a fried ball of some sort of seafood but it tasted like it had gone bad. The cocktails were very good. But I don't think I'll be back.

This was a special brunch for Women's History Month. They collaborated with a black woman owned winery in Anderson Valley and she was hilarious and her wines were awesome. I hadn't been to JuneBaby before (but have wanted to) and was happy to get into the brunch. It was community seating at our table and that was fantastic. A chance to meet and talk with other brunchers. A great experience overall!

The food and service were very good. The cornbread was dry but asking for butter saves the day. We especially liked the catfish and the carrot dishes. My bigest compaint is the wine serving. It appears to be less than a 4 ounce serving. When I ask the wait staff about the amount they could not tell me how much came in a glass. They said they would ask the bar tender about it. When I ordered another glass to have with dinner the amount seemed to be a little better until I realized that the drink just came in a smaller glass which made it look better. I never did get an answer to my question.

For the adventurous, the pig ears were unusual and excellent. The Sunday fried chicken dinner was ample in proportion with enough left for a fine lunch on Monday. On my next visit I’ll sit farther from the door. It can be drafty.

June Baby has been consistent in food, service and overall experience for as long as I can remember. It is great to see the chef and the staff rebounding and stabilizing the restaurant. We had a great meal in the Side Bar (adjacent to the main dining room). Pigs ears, pimento cheese and cornbread were great appetizers and accompaniments, but the brisket dinner and the fried seafood basket were the stars of the show. Everything was great!

We attended the wine pairing dinner with L’Objet wines. The experience was outstanding. It was a five course dinner and everything was fantastic—food, wine, and service. We’d happily do it again!

We have been to June Baby on quite a few occasions in the past with family and as a couple—all of which were 4-5 star experiences. It is possible that Chef Eduardo was not in the kitchen this night—the main course items were very good—brisket and pork chop while the accompanying sides were not memorable and the biscuits were pretty dry. Our waiter and other staff who pitched in were superb.

Really lovely for a group of 8. A good number of courses and not overwhelming. Both chef and wine producer coupling of drink and food paired well and was the purpose of the event. Excellent explanations of origin, history from both. Well done!

Upon entering the staff was very friendly and provided great service throughout the evening. The ambiance was cozy and relaxing. Saturday night special was the bbq plate which I shared with my wife. We also ordered two vegetable dishes which arrived 10-15 minutes prior to the bbq plate. The vegetable dishes were very nice portions and good flavor. The bbq plate was not good! The brisket was so dry it was crunchy on the edges and no moisture left in any of the meat, almost inedible. The kielbasa was decent along with the ribs. The chicken was dry to the point you couldn’t eat it without bbq sauce or drinking water. I have had much better bbq elsewhere and expected more from this restaurant.
