Extremely Unprofessional and Unfresh. My experience at this omakase restaurant was highly disappointing. I found fishbones in my sushi twice, and the food seemed unfresh. The service was unprofessional, with no attention given to customer needs. Waitstaff seemed uninterested, and my drink order was taken only after I finished my first dish. Not worth trying, regardless of the price.

Fantastic all round! Service: Top notch! They would discreetly refill waters, notice and clean any minor spills/ spots of soy sauce. Shift dining ware to be prepared for the courses coming. Taking the time to explain what is presented for you and the alcohol. Food: Everything tasted amazing! I did not use the soy sauce as I wanted to taste the fish and how it was prepared. It was definitely not needed for me in my opinion. Wagyu super tasty, uni was creamy and smooth, tuna was perfect. Caviar and salmon roe were cherries on top of the courses. Atmosphere: I was mesmerized by the chefs working in unison preparing their own individual dishes. The knife work and prep on the intricacies for presentation was beautiful. Would go again in a heart beat.

A small intimate place but didn’t feel too crowded. All of the staff know what they’re doing, very knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate how they message you abt information for parking- that’s a bonus. It’s my first omakase so I can’t compare, but me and my bf really enjoyed our time spending our anniversary here. You can taste the difference from regular sushi place; it’s super fresh and doesn’t have ‘fishy’ taste. The tuna’s texture was like wagyu beef, soft and melts in the mouth. My favorite was the 9 dons bec well I love rice. The roast beef with egg yolk- WOW!!! I have forgotten how egg yolk in rice tasted. This is me and my partner’s favorite! Eel and foie gras complmented each other. We added tuna course and it was worth it!!! Their drinks and dessert was also good Highly recommend!

Had lunch omakase for 4 for moms birthday. Added premium nigiri for everyone (+$20 per person). Good - ingredients all fresh. Delicious shari rice. Chef Lam explained the sushi everytime, and was accomodating. Bad - 1. Parking. Parking instructions are not accurate. Where is rexall? Hard to get to the ground floor from the parking lot via the condo. So busy and kot organized. 2. Server was attentive and nice but she couldnt explain the difference between "regular" omakase and "premium" omakase. 3. Miso tasted weird and different. Feels like miso is made of soysauce and not soy beans...... dark and salty. 4. Had Australian wagyu sushi but it was too hard to chew, I had to spit it out. 5. Noticed that the customers who ordered regular omakase had unagi (eel) and scallop. I ordered premium hoping that I'd get ankimo (monkfish liver) seeing other posts, but I didnt get it. I definitely felt like the $20 DIDNT ADD ANY EXTRA VALUE. I understand that omakase means "leave it up to the chef" but it would have been nice if they at least vaguely list what we can expect. Especially for regular vs premium nigiri. AGAIN, DO NOT ORDER PREMIUM, NOT WORTH the $$. Overall, altho fresh, fish slices were thin, the restaurant feels like one of those "istagrammable spots" with no value. I'd not go back.

We went for lunch at Jumi Gozen Bar as part of the bachelorette celebration. The regular and premium Omakase were both amazing!! Servers and chef Eaton were all very welcoming and super nice! Highly recommended!!!
