   Food was excellent and there is a good choice too. Staff were efficient and attentive. Food is pricey but worth it as everything tasted delicious. Would recommend!

   My wife had crispy salmon and I had the lobster ravioli. Both were outstanding. The service was superb and drinks were top notch. Thanks for a wonderful meal and time!

   For a Marriot hotel the restaurant was underwhelming for my expectations. The dining area was small and located directly in front of the kitchen plate pickup. It felt like the kitchen door table 😂. The waiter's uniform was VERY ill-fitted. He was good though. The fish and chips was not good.. the ONE crab cake was overpriced and just ok. The group of ladies was the best part of the experience

   As always, we really enjoy dining at Juliette's Bistro. The staff is wonderful. David is magnifico! We must mention Johnathan as he is very friendly and energetic.

   The salad came out with the food rather than before. So the food cooled while we ate the salad. And the manager is one of the people that delivered the food and didn’t realize or do anything about the salad coming out with the dinner.

    Easy parking. Great service. Got us served quickly and on time for a show. Salmon was good. Seated in the bar area. Very crowded and loud. Our waiter did a great job.

    Service was slow; had a reservation and still had to wait even though restaraunt was almost empty. Ordered gourmet burger cooked medium rare; received a well done overcooked dry hamburger with Un ripened tomatoes along with season fries. fries were the only part of the overpriced meal worth eating. We were pressed for time as we had a show to attend @ Florida Theater. We made reservation for 2 hours before show was to begin. Took almost 50 minutes for food to come out. I would have sent my meal back had we not had a show to attend. Wife got a Autum Salad with Seared Tuna was OK ; next time we will be eating Downtown Jacksonville!

    Food and service very good. Because of the cavernous ceilings, it lacks a warm and comfortable ambiance. Great thought for pre theater dining.

    I’d usually write a great review but last night wasn’t the best. We tried to order a bottle of wine and after several attempts of picking out a bottle only to be told the bar was out of it because “new management” was coming, was frustrating. Also, my martini was served in a high bowl glass because “all our glasses broke last night”. Prices are high to not have better “service”.

    We were here before the hotel and restaurant became a Marriott. At that time we liked it I was very disappointed with my first course, a $10 cup, not bowl of clam chowder that seemed to come from a can. Lots of potatoes and rubbery clams. My entree was lobster ravioli which had a good taste, no complaints. We split a key lime pie, again, clearly not made in house and we didn’t finish because it wasn’t very good Huge disappointment, won’t come back

    Lunch before ballet at theatre. Dave was excellent at accommodating us. Cocktails perfect, crab cake open sandwich and curried chicken wrap was accompanied with awesome fries.

    Went for NYE. Atmosphere was clean and nice but was surprised at the antiseptic, standard hotel ambiance. Didn’t feel very upscale. Place was also surprisingly dead. Very few other diners, most tables empty. Food was very good and servers were very attentive and friendly. Prices were exorbitant. Wouldn’t go back.

    We went before a show at the Performance Art Theatre and dinner was awesome. We had Cauliflower “wings,” open faced crab cake sandwich and fish & chips. Everything was delicious and so it the key lime pie. Yum! Amy our server was great and so was Nicole. I would definitely go back and try the crispy skin salmon!!

    We had a great time at Juliettes for our last show of the year 2022. David and the staff were wonderful as usual. We laughed and had a good time with David making us special drinks that could not be equaled! We look forward to our continuing relationship with Juliettes the coming year and beyond, Bon appetite!

    A group of 6 went for lunch after a concert, the food was great! The service was good as well until it was time for the checks. ( there was a big mix- up) Otherwise, it was a nice lunch!!

    Food was delicious. Service was a slow. The bottle of wine we ordered didn't arrive until about 5 minutes before the food. It took about 30 minutes to get the food. Had to leave the restaurant to go to will call to get our theater tickets. Missed the first 15 minutes of the play. Very disappointed as this is where we usually eat before a performance.

    Tomato soup was delicious, however when asked if I could have some bread with it, the waitress said bread was not provided. No crackers, no bread, just a 6 oz serving of tomato soup. My salad had a scant amount of dressing and the wedge lettuce was not fresh. However, the dressing was delicious. My husband had the fish and chips. The chips were delicious but they only gave him two small portions of fish. Certainly not a meal, more like a lunch portion. The service was slow, I’m sure it was because they were busy due to the broadway play going on next door. However, the restaurant management should know when the shows are in town and have more staff scheduled for those nights. I was so uncomfortable watching the wait staff rush from one order to another. Don’t think we will return. Sad because it was such a nice place to go too prior to the broadway show.

    We chose Juliette’s for rase of parking and location before going to Van Gogh Exhibit nearby. Apparently since becoming a Marriott property, the restaurant’s website has not been updated to remove the Sunday brunch menu and buffet, which was disappointing. Food was ok, but just a lunch menu that was again different from website menu. Server was fine, but there was no hostess or clear location to enter and bar staff who saw us wandering around did not address us. We finally asked for help and were seated. I understand staffing challenges but we had a reservation and that should have been noted by someone.

    It used to to be kind of eclectic menu when it was owned by Omni and a convenient place to dine before a show. Now it is typical hotel fare. Ok but nothing special. Service was the best thing about the experience. The prices are very high and be prepared to pay $22.00 a glass for what they said was the only Chardonnay available by the glass. And no more bread service and if you like cocktail sauce with your fish better bring it with you since they don’t have it. Overall it’s still convenient but just so so and very expensive.

    Takes OpenTable reservations! Just be aware that this is the restaurant in the Marriott hotel. Food and service was great. Above par for most of the places in the Jacksonville entertainment area.

    Excellent evening; There because it was convenient spot before a Times Union show. The burger was cooked perfectly, and the french fries were really nice. Also shared a calamari. It came with an Asian/Thai dipping sauce. (I prefer Italian style with lemon/marinara but still good.) The service was exceptional all staff were smiling and helpful. Katrina was our waitress and 10/10! Will do this again preshow any time.

    As always, we have nothing bad to say. The transition has gone smoothly, and the staff has adjusted accordingly. As for the food...it was wonderful. The filet was so tender and delicious I could have eaten two!! Comp's to the chef! We were introduced to Ms Kaye who was very friendly and caring Last but not least...our man David is the best. He takes care of us and never lets us down. Keep up the good work Juliettes!!

    Limited menu but great place to eat before a show or symphony. Overpriced for the food but it was good. $15 for a glass of wine that was supposed to be Pinot Noir but the sweetest Pinot we ever tasted. Think it was not Pinot but who can prove it.
