    Our first experience at this restaurant. Went for dinner before symphony concert. Food was delicious and service could not have been better. Food choices by our group were wedge salad, burger, fish & chips and salmon. Everyone was happy. Will go again.

    Late getting us to our table, menu was limited, food was disappointing (fish tasted like cardboard, cold. Server tried to do her best, but she was given too many tables.

    It was on a Sunday afternoon. This was a party of 4 with the opentable reservation. They were unaware the reservation was made but gladly seated us. They had limited menu so ladies had hamburgers and fries, men had fish and chips. The fish was absolutely terrible but ladies enjoyed the hamburgers. Not the menu I was expecting so VERY DISSATISFIED and cost us well over $100 with valet service and tip I had eaten here before but it has been a few years. Wanted to impress my friends but food fell way short. Service and atmosphere were outstanding.

    The good- grilled octopus and the clam chowder were amazing! The bad- bar tender refused to put a few more cherries in our Old Fashion cocktail The Ugly- do not order fish and chips! Fish was paper thin flounder with a very thick bread crumb coating.,you couldn’t even see the fish! We sent it back. Upon leaving we heard another couple complain about this too. For a Marriott restaurant this was very disappointing.

    New menu was a problem; listed Blackened Tuna as a dockside item. My partner and I both ordered it, as we had never had blackened tuna. imagine our surprise when we were served Ahi Tuna on a bed of seaweed with sub-par guacamole and something that looked like very thin styrofoam. we were told that was pressed rice with seaweed and was really good (not). My partner expressed her dismay over the food, but we were pressed for time and she turned down anything else. Our waitress admitted she should have told us what it was but didn't. Nothing was comped. This is the first time we have been disappointed with the food at Juliette's. My advice is get a description of what will be presented. If I had known it was Ahi tuna I never would have ordered it.

    The flounder fish dinner was not good at all. We were served three large pieces of fish which was way to much food espececially for an elderly couple that does not eat much to begin with. It was overly breaded, overly cooked and very much overly priced. The fries were good.

    Greeted so warmly by the host/manager Giovonni , he let us know they were in transition from omni to Marriott and working out kinks which was great and made it more understandable that service and food were kind of slow . John bartender and Amy server were awesome checking on us and giving us a great experience. As soon as they catch up to speed they will be 5 stars for sure ! Limited menu but great quality. Super convenient if you're staying in the hotel and attending nearby shows.

    A couple of issues with the waiter. First off, he served 2 beers to 2 ladies in bottles and we had to ask for glasses. Next he brought the checks when we were not even half way finished our meal and never asked if we would care for anything else. We did want coffee and dessert after we finished our meal and had to call him over. The food used to be much better when it was the Omni. We love Juliette's, but there needs to be a lot of improvement to food, cost and service. We like coming here when in the area for a show or the Symphony. Also, always liked being able to get food at the bar. Please make this happen again.,

    The bartender was extremely overworked as was our server. I can usually eat anything, but not this time. The crab cake sandwich isn’t something I would suggest. I simply couldn’t eat it. The server took it off my bill without me asking. I felt that was extremely kind of her.

    Food ok we were there for a show and it took them 15 mins to get an order and like 20 mins to get the food. We were almost late so take that in consideration when going there you will be there for a long time. I had the hummus and chips and a dessert and it took a long time to get to the table. Servers are really nice but I did not like the waiting. We mentioned that we were going to the show

    The food was fair, server rushed us from the moment we sat down asking us if we wanted dessert when we hadn’t even finished our meal and when we were finished eating and were going to inquire about coffee and dessert, he didn’t bother to ask us but just brought us our check. I had been here before and brought friends as I was expecting a nice leisurely dinner before performance but instead I was disappointed and embarrassed.

    Service is a little all over the place. We ordered entrees, cocktails, and an appetizer. After 20 minutes, they came back and said they were missing an ingredient for the cocktail my wife ordered, which was one of their signature drinks. Our entrees came out shortly after. My wife’s burger was good, as were the fries that came with it. My entrée however was mostly disappointing. Fish and chips. The fish was flounder and a very thin fillet. Breading was breadcrumbs. Reminded me of frozen fish sticks, but dried out more. At least the fries were good. About 15 minutes after finishing our meal, they brought out our appetizer. I’d rather they just canceled it. Their fried/bread cauliflower with Korean bbq sauce was more like a wing presentation. Taste was pretty mediocre. All in all. A subpar experience that will not see me coming back anytime soon. Such a shame, 3-4 years ago, the food was very good here.

    My wife had crispy salmon and I had the lobster ravioli. Both were outstanding. The service was superb and drinks were top notch. Thanks for a wonderful meal and time!

    For a Marriot hotel the restaurant was underwhelming for my expectations. The dining area was small and located directly in front of the kitchen plate pickup. It felt like the kitchen door table 😂. The waiter's uniform was VERY ill-fitted. He was good though. The fish and chips was not good.. the ONE crab cake was overpriced and just ok. The group of ladies was the best part of the experience

    The salad came out with the food rather than before. So the food cooled while we ate the salad. And the manager is one of the people that delivered the food and didn’t realize or do anything about the salad coming out with the dinner.

    Easy parking. Great service. Got us served quickly and on time for a show. Salmon was good. Seated in the bar area. Very crowded and loud. Our waiter did a great job.

    Service was slow; had a reservation and still had to wait even though restaraunt was almost empty. Ordered gourmet burger cooked medium rare; received a well done overcooked dry hamburger with Un ripened tomatoes along with season fries. fries were the only part of the overpriced meal worth eating. We were pressed for time as we had a show to attend @ Florida Theater. We made reservation for 2 hours before show was to begin. Took almost 50 minutes for food to come out. I would have sent my meal back had we not had a show to attend. Wife got a Autum Salad with Seared Tuna was OK ; next time we will be eating Downtown Jacksonville!
