JulianÕs Restaurant, located at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Carteret, serves classic American eats in its friendly and casual eatery. For the most satisfying start to your meal, enjoy the classic colossal shrimp cocktail and a cup of the French onion soup au gratin with a gooey cheese crust. Some of JulianÕs RestaurantÕs special house entrees include the grilled baby back ribs with tangy barbecue sauce and corn bread, the succulent shrimp scampi served over linguini pasta and the juicy New York strip steak. Sandwiches are other popular dishes, with dinersÕ favorites including the Texas campfire burger with sharp cheddar, fried onions and barbecue sauce, the Old Bay-seasoned crab cake sandwich and the farmerÕs market veggie burger with grilled onions and crisp veggies.
