We arrived a few minutes early for a 7:30 reservation and don’t get seat s until 8:00pm. Even then the only reason we got seated was because my wife was in a wheelchair. If they knew it was only a temp. Injury, they probably wouldn’t have done anything. Anyway, food is always amazing. Great flavors, complexity and quality meats.

It was Presidents weekend, so somewhat understandable

We went to Julian Serrano's for tapas prior to a show. The service was excellent and there was a large variety of choices. Timing of the meal was good.

Sat at table near front and it felt like we were sitting in the lobby of the hotel/casino; which we were. Very loud and not good if you want to talk to your friends at the table. When dining here before we sat in back and he noise level was much better. Ask for table in back. The Taps are great! Four of us ordered two each and was enough to send us on our way full. Expensive but very good.

the food was very good - the noise level was painful. We happened to be there on valentine's day and they had 'flamenco' dancers and loud music. I was not expecting a romantic evening, but forget any conversation. the pacing of the meal was good until dessert - 45 minutes to arrive - waiter told us the kitchen was 'backed up', but the restaurant was far less busy than when we arrived and we got all our tapas in a timely manner. I understand that mistakes happen in a rush - please just apologize that the order didn't go in.

I made Valentines dinner reservations for 8:30pm, looking forward to a nice evening with my husband, but instead experienced chaos. The hostess claimed there was no reservation for us and no booking made through OpenTable, this was after making us wait for almost half an hour, along with over a dozen other frustrated people waiting to be seated. It was the worst restaurant experience in my life! My husband and I called the tapas restaurant in The Cosmopolitan Hotel and made our own reservations for 9:45pm, and enjoyed a wonderful dining experience.

Food was average, nothing special considering the location and price. Restaurant was understaffed on Valentine's day so several tables were complaining around us that food was taking too long. At the end the waiter forgot to put our dessert in and it took 45 min to finally get it. By then we were standing at our table to leave and pay so we could make the show we were going to. Manager saw all this and never acknowledged the poor service. All wasn't the waiters fault. I think just poorly run restaurant.

Great experience and food. The garlic aioli was so awesome. Bartender/waiter was very accomodating. A little bit on the pricier side, but hey, it's Vegas. Will definitely cone back on next visit.

All the food was cold. Waiter never asked about our food. He was not happy and it seamed like an inconvenience to ask questions about the menu. White wine was warm. Could not believe this restaurant was in Las Vegas. I hope the manager contacts me.

We decided to go out to dinner with our son who happened to be on a business trip at the Bellagio while we were staying at the Aria. The food was amazing and so was the service. Some items seemed pricey overall but not for Vegas. We spent $150 including tip with no drinks.

The apple salad was refreshing, the mushroom risotto was good, scallops and chorizo excellent. The steak which was labeled prime was tough to cut and a little chewy.

Good selections are available so there is something for everyone.

As tapas fans, we love “Tapas” and recently added it to our “most go” list during our trips to Vegas. Suggest tapa first timers order one dish at a time to share. It makes it each to not overspend with and everything gets eaten. We suggest beginning with the mushroom soup; moving on to a salad (ensalda mixta); followed by seafood/beef/poultry dish and bread. Don’t forget the Sangria and dessert. Everything tastes great so you really can’t go wrong based on your individual palette. Relax and enjoy your visit, the fantastic service and delicious foods while never being rushed

With a reservation for 2 was surprised to be seated at the furthest table from entrance
As we passed the empty 2 tops we were hopeful the food would make up for it
It did not, we eat out regularly, have been to Spain for tapas.
Don't bother if looking for well seasoned and flavorful food
Highlight was nice waiter

Great food; fabulous paella mixta ( worth waiting for), the tuna cones were spicy- a perfect blend, the chicken croquettes were creamy and delicious, the pan manchengo was a delight, the chocolate molten cake paired well with my Argentian Malbec, and the orange blossom bread pudding was a unique combination of flavors.

Was going to dine prior to concert at TMobile Arena. Got sat on time, then didn’t see anyone for 10+ minutes after getting water. Was told it was because the opening server just got there and the closer hadn’t arrived yet. I could care less, I was there to have service. I’ve been in this business for 20+ years and never walked out of a restaurant until tonight.

My server, Anthony was awesome. He was personable, professional and very detailed. The rest of the staff were great as well. Every time I go to Vegas and stay at the Aria, I go to Julian Serrano - Tapas. I try something different each time I dine there. I love it!

A gathering of five men: Ceviche and Pata Negra voted outstanding. Whole Suckling Pig to follow was in a class of its own. Three excellent Spanish wines: Rueda, Rioja Reserve and Ribero del Douero. An expensive but unforgettable meal and what price a fond memory?

We’ve been to Julian Serrano several times before so we were very disappointed by our experience this time. First of all, they brought us the wine list but we’re out of any of the options under $60. Then they were supposedly out of calamari for the grilled or fried option but had enough for the black rice seafood tapas, which they served FIRST!
Then we had order Pan Manchego which was actually a slice of manchego over chopped tomatoes on a 3 pieces of baguette! Really??? Then they served mini peppers stuffed with goat cheese that were ok. The best part of the meal was raw tuna cones and yellowtail teradito that were served last. We’ve gone to tapas restaurants many times and this was NOT memorable. We won’t go back.

Tapas were great as always with a good variety! Pedro was a wonderful waiter! Service was also very good with tapas coming out in a timely fashion. Prices might be a tad high but hey, it's Vegas. Rabo de toro is a must!

Excellent Spanish restaurant in LV. The tapas were really good. We ordered three paellas (vegetarian, valenciana and negra). About a third of us preferred the valenciana. In my opinion, it was good but not great. Next time I want to try the Paella Mixta. The Paella Negra was excellent. The surprise was the vegetarian paella. Delicious.
The red sangria was good. I am used to have oranges in the sangria. This one had berries only. But a definite table pleaser.
