We were very disappointed with this restaurant. Have dined here serval times but found this time a total failure. Was looking forward to churros and chocolate as we had in Madrid but were disappointment.
We have been several times, but this was last. Quality of food and selections has go e down. Even waiter was suggesting to pass on some menu items. Do waste your money here
The restaurant was cold and we had to dine with jackets on. Service was bad, food was very forgettable and overpriced.
Amazing food, great Service!!
Too noisy. Food mediocre at best. Avoid the ribs.
Every dish came out cold, disappointing
Anniversary dinner with a large party (11) including 2 children. To notch service, amazing food, creative presentation at a reasonable price. Couldn’t have asked for more. Everyone was thoroughly impressed
I recommend the paella.
Ammmmmazing! Everything we ordered was delish. Our server Romain did a great job guiding us through the menu. We will definitely be back!
It was great as always. We will return.
Reserved this place for my birthday on a Thursday evening. The restaurant wasn't busy at all. There was plenty of staff around. Our server was extremely rude and not attentive at all. The bread was hard. The food was sub par. Since it was my birthday my party informed the server. We saw the server take the birthday dessert to one table, watch them blow out a candle and then he picked it and brought it to our table to be served. At that point, we had enough and had to get management involved. The manager was just as Rude. What really got to me is that no one ever apologized. We will not be returning to this establishment.
Awesome we loved it!
Went with a girlfriend for a nice dinner out. They have some excellent sangria pitchers! With the many options of tapas you can try just about anything - STRONGLY recommend the avacado toasts and the short ribs!
Outstanding food and service.
Good portion. Good paella
We went it Vegas for our anniversary and wanted a light lunch before dinner. All the tapas were amazing but the shrimp ceviche was creative and wonderful. We had the meatballs, cheese and charcuterie platter also. More than enough for a light lunch.
The sangria was terrible... the food was ok, but nothing amazing. The only really good was the desert.
Waiter is not very responsive. Foie gra is the bomb.
The wine by the bottle prices were excessive! The food was good and the service was ok but you kind of feel like you’re in a mall since the restaurant isn’t enclosed. We felt the tapas were authentic so if you’re only looking for authentic Spanish tapas, it’s a place to go. But if you want more than one glass of wine you’re going to pay more for that than your entire meal!
Best paella I’ve ever had!
Love this place. Mixta paella is the best artichokes were superb. Wine is pricey suggest a pitcher of the delicious sangria
Service was fine. Can’t wait for the paella taste to finally subside. Definitely not a fan of that one. The only menu items with flavor that we sampled were supposedly “spicy”. Seating was a cluster$&@% with one table’s seats blocking access one direction in an aisle for staff and patrons and then waitstaff allowing a table for two to rearrange/add seats and block the same aisle access for staff/patrons in the other direction. Empty tables elsewhere in the restaurant to boot. Stupid... another “pretty” and overpriced Vegas “experience”.
Our experience left us confused. The tapas portions ranged from way too much to not enough (especially at those prices). Also, our service was very haphazard. It was very noisy and distracting. While I expect some level of tapas comes out when it is ready, we did ask for some things to be brought out first, such as our cheese plate and gazpacho. Of the 10 dishes we ordered, guess which dishes came last ... the ones we asked to have first. Moreover, of those 10 dishes - most were pretty average - only two really wowed me as exceptional (the oxtail and the meatballs); and the wine list is very good.
I was embarrassed because this was a business meal and I had talked up this restaurant to my colleagues.
Overall, a disappointing experience compared to our previous meal here a few years ago. Instead, this time, all I wanted to do was to finish our meal as quickly as possible and get out of there.
The restaurant is so noisy that it is difficult to hear across a small table.
Amazing tapas. Well made food, very filling. They need a better selection of tequila and meszcal.
I loved the small plates. My wife and I sampled 5 different dishes and all the different flavors were wonderful. We especially liked the braised short ribs. Service was great too.
Great Spanish food! Love the paella and the sea bass our waiter recommended! Great service and experience!
Great tapas and small plates: the weight staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the food and selections.
Enjoyed the experience would highly recommend
First a warning. The restaurant is open to the lobby & not far from doors to the street, so I recommend wearing a sweater or jacket to keep warm. It was 35 degrees outside when we dined here.
The décor is quite lovely, with wonderful colors on & off of the table. A visit to the toilet is recommended to see the colorful tiles!
I've been to several tapas restaurants in San Francisco, and each one has it's own version of food & this restaurant was no exception. Food was very good. I liked the cold soup & highly recommend it for a refreshing course. Other courses were good.
One of the things I noticed at 3 restaurants in Las Vegas was that the rice was not cooked as much as it should have been - curious. The same situation here. Rice should be easy for any kitchen to prepare. Because of this I would rate the rice course a 9 instead of a 10.
The staff were cheerful. One of the staff came by the table & offered to take our photo, a nice gesture.
Food is good, portions small, prices high......our waitress was totally inattentive.
Note to mgmt, the server that helped us should not be waiting tables. She was inattentive, disinterested and appeared to hate her job.......promote Juan (helper) he is exactly what customers want! He made our dinner enjoyable, constantly checking on us to make sure everything was going well.
My first time at Julian Serrano Tapas in the Aria Hotel even though I have stayed at the ARIA many times. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised, the small plates were excellent and we had more than enough for 3 people ordering 5 different plates. The ambience was cool and our dinner server was great. Overall, an excellent choice if you are visiting or staying at the hotel.
When dining here - you almost feel like you are part of the hotel lobby - like you are “on display”. We had such a great experience here- service was excellent and food and drinks were great. Will definitely come back when in town!
The restaurant team, including our team of Premo and Lalo, led by manager Jonathan, is passionate about the menu and providing good customer service. Our selections of oxtail, chicken croquettes, artichokes and stuffed dates were all outstanding. We also appreciate the impressive work of the chef and kitchen to design and execute the authentic menu. This is now one of our favorite restaurants anywhere! We are looking forward to trying one of the beautiful paella next time.
Asked the front desk for a nice table where we could people watch. Was put in the back corner of the restaurant. Ended up sitting at the bar
Service was super slow, it took too long to get our food. Overall it's overpriced.
Excellent tapas and service. Expensive but it’s Vegas and the food was amazing.
We’ve been several times, but it’s been a couple of years. Something in the paella wasn’t very fresh. Drinks were very good.
Some of the best tapas we’ve ever had. The service was wonderful as well. You will not be disappointed. The restaurant is open to the lobby area but that didn’t bother us. Will definitely be back.
Great tapas, service and ambiance! I would definitely recommend to my friends.
