   3回目の訪問です。 お料理とペアリングドリンクも、接客も最高に素晴らしいし、月替わりのおまかせコースメニーで、毎回楽しいです。 路地裏の立地で最初は分かりづらかったが、メトロ銀座線の外苑前駅から行くとスムーズに辿り着けます。

   Impeccable. The food was absolutely amazing and worth every penny. The presentation was immaculate and the setting was cozy and intimate. I was a solo traveler and this was the perfect place to sit down, relax and meet new people. The chef has a place in Okinawa and we were able to talk about it, I hope to come back to the restaurant again very soon- it was one of my favorite dining experiences I’ve had in a long time!

   最高の誕生日になりました！ スタッフの方も気さくで良い意味で肩肘張りすぎず、お食事に集中して楽しめました！お食事も掛け合わせも素敵ですが何よりも難し過ぎる味ではなく、一つ一つちゃんと旨味があり、一皿一皿無くなることが悲しいくらいでした！笑 空間も素敵でまた伺わせていただきたいです。

    This is one of the great restaurants of the world, from the tiny room with bench seating you are cared for as beautiful and delicious creations are plated for you one at a time. There is some theatre,delicious flavours and an intimacy with the space that is so appealing. Loved it.

    一番初めに出てきたスライダーから、最後のデザートまで、料理はどれも素晴らしく、プレゼンテーションも素敵でした。 ワインのペアリングも抜群で、しかも珍しい日本のワインや日本酒とのペアリングが楽しく、新鮮でした。 お二人のお人柄や、内装の雰囲気もとても心地よく、是非また行きたいと思いました。

    Truly a remarkable experience. The food was amazing; some of the best food I’ve ever had at a restaurant. But beyond that, the service and the level of attention to detail in everything down to the wine pairings and music taste was perfect. Do not hesitate to book here.

    素晴らしいの一言です。大切な人との時間に絶対間違いないです。一皿一皿、そしてそれに合わせられたペアリングに温かで丁寧なこだわりがこれでもかというほどつまっています。席数は限られているので一緒に行くメンバーや香りなどのTPOは気配りをして伺うと良いと思います。

    落ち着いたカウンターだけの10席でexclusiveな気持ちになります。 照明も明るすぎないので落ち着いてゆっくりできる隠れ家。シェフの料理とぴったりマッチしたペアリングはノンアルコールの方も同じように楽しめるのが嬉しい！ 女性シェフならではのきめ細かな料理は、茨城県と沖縄県の地産地消を中心とした見た目にも美しい一品。 塩味、酸味バランスも絶妙で胃が重くなりません。 2人、あるいは3人で語らいたいときにいいかな。

    I was lucky to find a single open reservation at this wonderful restaurant. The ambiance was calm and inviting and every course (of which there were 12!) was delicious and unique. The drink pairing with each course was perfect, and the sommelier clearly put equal consideration into both the alcoholic and non-alcoholic flights. Highly recommend Julia for a unique and delicious adventure!

    夫が気に入って連れてってくれました。優しい味、素材の味を大切にされてるな！と感じました。美味しかったし楽しかったです。 ワタクシ酒飲みなので、欲を言うと、ザクザクとかバリバリの食感とか、一品だけでもスパイシーだったりこってりの味のものが有ってもいいかなーと思いました。他の人に怒られそうですけれど。

    家内の誕生日に初めて訪れました。メニューは、アミューズのスープと海老、鮎、鰹とトマト、鯛、鴨、玉葱とつぶ貝、ハンバーガーにデザート3品。それぞれの料理にペアリングのドリンクが付くという構成。料理はどれも美味で、ペアリングのドリンクも料理とのバランスは絶妙で、満足度は非常に高かった。家内の誕生日ということで、デザートのプレートをお願いしていたが、他に2組同様に誕生日デザートプレートを頼んでいた。みんな特別なディナーで使うようにお見受けした。
