Found on Tropicana Avenue, Juan's Flaming Fajitas is a spicy Mexican restaurant voted one of the best of 2015 in the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Enjoy a live mariachi band as you dine on the pet-friendly patio and sample one of the delicious cocktails like the skinny margarita or a house-made sangria. Chow down on one of the many different Mexican entrees offered at Juan's Flaming Fajitas. Burritos, enchiladas, tacos and chimichangas are all staples on the menu. However, no visit to Juan's is complete without trying the famous flaming fajitas. Choose from steak, chicken, shrimp or pork. All flaming fajitas come with grilled onions and bell peppers, sour cream, pico de gallo and your choice of tortilla. Juan's Flaming Fajitas is open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and to 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
