   Lovely and consistently delicious! The location on college is my go-to from the hospitality to the quality of the steak and amazing fries. This place is a staple.

   My second time in this location and it’s always a great time. The steak is consistently good and cooked perfectly to my liking. The fries are dangerously delicious. I prefer this location more because it’s not so dark, perfect for a night with friends and even a great date spot. The staff are always so friendly. Definitely recommend!

   Great meal and friendly staff. Food was delicious and the portions were generous…they offered refills on the fries before we had to ask for them!

    This was my 2nd time at J’s but the 1st time at this location. The ambience has more modern feel than the Queen St. Location (I prefer the “old time feel” of Queen St.). The value for food is very good - a 10z steak, unlimited frites and a salad for $60 is hard to beat. With the menu being so focused, I’d think the steak would be the star of the show however it wasn’t the best I’ve had. While they advertise unlimited frites, it seemed like they were really trying to avoid providing that - we had to ask multiple times and wait quite some time before they brought the frites over. Which was also odd because our waitress hovered around us so much that it bordered uncomfortable. We mad reservations and there was plenty of space in the restaurant so I’m not sure why she felt the need to rush us. It’s a cool concept but overall not a spectacular experience. Not sure we’ll be back
