Amazing time celebrating my friends birthday. John and Shannon were great! The service, food and drinks were awesome! The food was fresh and was family style. We can't wait to go back! Best seafood I've had in a long time.

The steak was horrible. Dry and hard . The sea food left my wife and kids sick. They went back to proper health in 2 days. Won’t recommend to anyone . My bill came out to $208 dollars . Wish I can get my money back .

Two pluses. Valet parking. Water view. Apart from the location, there is no reason to eat here. This place is near the top of my WORST RESTAURANT EVER list. Let me start with overall ambiance. We had an outdoor table overlooking the water with a view toward Orchard Beach with boats and jet skis crisscrossing back and forth. We could hear a live band in far distance. Lovely breeze, blue skies, white clouds. Ideal, right? But this peaceful atmosphere was shattered every two minutes by the restaurant manager shouting over the loudspeaker system at the staff. SHOUTING! Things like BUS PEOPLE PICK UP BREAD! ORDER PICKUP! PICKUP! DOOR! SOMEONE GO TO THE DOOR! PICKUP! WAITER TO THE BAR! etc. This was done in a harsh, loud, angry tone of voice at double or triple volume throughout our meal. Completely ruined the experience. The food? Meh. Not terrible, just mediocre diner food, big portions so if you’re into quantity instead of quality you might like it. Service? Eager and polite servers but they are being constantly harassed by the manager over the loudspeaker. Value? Poor. High five-star prices for a two-star meal. So overall, lots of better choices on the other end of City Island with the same water view but better food, ambiance, and service at similar or lower prices.

Beautiful ocean and beach views from outside balcony, great service, portion sizes fit for Kings and Queens! Not a budget friendly spot, but its never a good idea to cut corners on sea food! I will be back soon😁

I was only for my girl's birthday I put in writing that it's my girl's birthday I called I told him it's my girl birthday and he told me they know what to do I heard others getting birthday song for my girl did not get a birthday song a birthday song or cake

The view of the water is really good; the food and service are even better. The restaurant gifted us an appetizer order of baked stuffed clams which were a welcome gift and very tasty. My wife's Fried Porgies were a huge portion with a healthy side of french fries. The fish was tasty and cooked just right. My fried calamari was also a huge portion with a mountain of fries both cooked to perfection. Their garlic bread was delicious. We had so much to eat that we passed on desert and took our left overs home. JPs location (left after you leave the bridge) means that the area is less crowded. A totally enjoyable meal on a relaxing weekday afternoon.
