Jospers at Ten Square
Was so disappointed, I got the Christmas Dinner, looked like it had been threw together. Roast potatoes were burnt along with the cocktail sausages the veg was a miserable portion of carrot and parsnip not a sprout in sight.
The food and service were very good. The lunch menu was good value for money.
Lovely staff and good service however food was a bit cold and steak was undercooked and were not asked what way we wanted it cooked
This is such a lovely place to eat, all the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make our dining experience enjoyable. Would highly recommend..
Excellent service, fantastic food, great value! Cant wait to return
Absolutely beautiful a great night out with friends welcoming attentive staff, lively music excellent ambience.
Food was great, good service, noisy but not excessive.
Greeted on arrival. Head Waiter very pleasant and attentive. Food was lovely. Tender steak and delicious creme brulea. My friend also enjoyed her choice too.
The nicest steak I've ever had a beautiful meal and a beautiful restaurant
had a great time with lovely food and even nicer cocktails. I will definitely be back
Booked meal pre theatre. Quality of produce could not be faulted. Ordered duo of seafood & mushroom soup starter followed by two sirloin steaks.
Soup not very flavoursome. Duo of seafood had very little sauce. Rocket leaf was plain. No seasoning/dressing. Steaks were good quality meat but very salty from over seasoning. What could have been an excellent meal was ultimately disappointing.
Recommended by friends & not disappointed. Delicious food & friendly service. Thank you.
Family night out for our daughters graduation. Food was delicious, service was great, staff very friendly. Excellent all round. Cheesecake is to die for 😁
Attentive service; food good overall, though patatas bravas were seriously undercooked. Nice atmosphere,, able to hear conversation. wine a bit overpriced.
The waiting staff are good craic, my fav place to eat
we were celebrating our engagement at the place where we had our first date 8 years ago.
the food was amazing and great service
We seemed to be that table that keeps getting forgot about. Firstly, we weren’t given all menus so had to ask for the ‘clicking off’ menu, and it took a while for anyone to come to the table to be asked - then took even longer for the order to be taken.
The staff were on the ball - with every table but ours! Our food on the pass for much longer than any other table.
Asked for vinegar and new round of drinks when meal came. Took a while for drinks to come and had to ask for vinegar again, which isn’t ideal when the diner has not started eating.
Food was amazing. Great portions sizes and very good value with the clocking off menu.
Only one team member seemed to look after us and we gave her the tip but she informed us that tips are all pooled.
No background music so a pretty odd atmosphere.
Wonderful meal with top class service, can't wait until my next visit.
This was our first trip to Jospers and won’t be our last. Food tasted amazing. Plenty of choice. Staff were more than pleasant and helpful at all times. Will definitely recommend
Best steak ever, wonderful staff. Very tasty food.
Best place for lunch great food good value and great surroundings for catching up with friends
I would meet with friends fairly regularly at Jospers and have always had a good meal. Staff attentive and plenty of choice. Most tables are well situated, although recently we were quite close to the entrance which did prove a bit draughty.
Great food with Central location
Starter portion too big. Slow cooked beef very dry and inedible.
All round it was a very nice experience, food was great, service was quick and reasonably priced. My only complaint was that a large group were next to us, a few had too many drinks and were very loud.
Great food great service thank you for a great night
Excellent food & customer service great value for money!
Just a catch up with a friend , we have lunch followed by a few beers.
Food is always excellent , staff are friendly and helpful .
Toilets are kept immaculately clean
I can wholeheartedly recommend Jospers and Ten Square
Great food, yummy cocktails, super venue for a catch up with friends
Food was fabulous. Staff were attentive. Lovely interior. Little bit loud but would come back for sure.
Food was fabulous. Steak was one of the nicest we've ever had. But... We were seated at a table at the side where the main bar is. The music was loud and the noise from other patrons was excessive. Not a great atmosphere when out for a quiet meal. Grand, if out for the night with a large group. Would make me think twice about going back.
Was going well until we ordered dessert and a glass of beer, and the man can to us and said our table was booked for quarter pass. Hence 10 minutes to eat desert and finish our drinks😑
Me and my 6 friends arrived for dinner as I was leaving overseas for uni the next morning. The food was nice but we were under the influence that it was 2 courses for £15 due to Belfast restaurant week, to arrive at 7:30pm and told it was full price. My food and bottle of wine therefore came to like £50. I ordered a steak, it was only after it arrived I realised I wasn’t even asked how I would like my steak. It did take a while to come out, I wasn’t overly hungry at the time so I didn’t mind as much and it did take a while to be asked which drink we wanted also. Probably won’t be back to be honest but the food was nice and the waiter was friendly.
Excellent food and drinks in a welcoming atmosphere. Very friendly staff
Food was fabulous as usual. Staff were attentive, friendly and up for the craic. Never had a bad meal in ten square and we got married here in 2017. Love it.
We had a lovely meal. There was a good choice on the menu and the food was reasonably priced. Staff were pleasant too.
Food is always excellent. Second time visiting the restaurant and I was not disappointed.
We should’ve known it was not going to be a good experience from the minute we were seated at a table for 4, when we had booked for 5 people. Waited 45 minutes on starters, when I asked why it was taking so long, I was told ‘we’ve a table of 35 and a table of 18 to deal with.’ Wow! Not my problem. Starters and mains were horrendous - inedible and the orders were wrong. Service was shocking. We had to leave without eating a bite. We did not pay for the ‘food’ they did bring, we paid for drinks only.
Family were left hungry, tired and so upset that what was meant to be a birthday celebration ended in such disappointment.
We were in for dinner on Sunday night as we were staying in the hotel. However we received our food and the side dishes were not great. The chips were hard and had a funny taste. My husband didn’t eat his. Also we were placed at a table near the doffer and the music was overpowering in the restaurant. Every time the door was opened you could barely hear yourself speak. I wouldn’t recommend Jospers for these two reasons.
Service wasn't great and we had to ask to be served for drinks and food. Food wasn't bad and reasonable value. Kids portion s were huge which they loved. There was a live band in the adjoining bar and everytime the door opened you couldn't hear yourself speak.
