Do not go on a Sunday or Monday as seated in a restaurant with a bar menu heated by one person who is the server and the everything person. He was fine but extremely busy. Just book somewhere else on those nights

We absolutely loved dining at Joseph's Restaurant. The food was magnificent to look at... but eating it was even better!!! Delicious! The service was wonderful and the ambience was lovely. Highly recommend it.

You arrive at this magnificent Mansion Hotel expecting the best experience. Sadly this was not the case. The food was not great and when bought to the table it was only warm. The service was slow even though it was a very quiet night.

The service was truly amazing. Tasha was excellent and was so helpful with everything we asked for. The food and atmosphere was outstanding. 10/10 would recommend. My family and I will definitely be coming back!

Excellent customer service from all the staff, very welcoming and vigilant with an egg allergy, food was delicious 10 out 10. Will definitely be back.

We loved Josephs and especially the ambience. One constructive criticism. I had scallops as the entry and was a bit disappointed there were only four of them and not six on such a wide plate!

Was a lovely high tea with great service we thoroughly enjoyed it. My only negative is that all the hot food and cold came out together where as other high teas I have been to they bring out the savoury first then the sweet once savoury food finished. And first time I’ve ever had scones with icecream instead of cream and there was not enough. You don’t do icecream with scones is not right it should always be cream and not a teaspoon of icecream which went no where!!This would have been a better idea. But having everything at once I found it went to fast. But overall was a lovely day.
