Service and food was excellent as always. Joseph’s is our favorite Santa Fe eatery skit was a real treat to eat there for our first outing!
Consistently great food one of my favorite restaurants in Santa Fe
Great food. We love this place!
Place is closed but still taking reservations?? They need to stop taking reservations and ruining people's evenings.
Swordfish was delicious!
Joseph’s never disappoints even during COVID! Cozy outdoor dining experience with attentive wait staff and outstanding dining experienced by all from start to finish. Stellar wine list too.
Joseph’s is one of our all time favorite restaurants in town. We went for a patio dinner the other night- only 4 tables. We felt completely safe and were so happy to have a fantastic “normal” dinner again. They even had glass bottles of hand santitzer at each table. I wish they had a larger outdoor space to accommodate more seating during COVID restrictions. This is always one of the best meals in town. The soft shell crab tacos were divine, lamb burgers are always a winner, wine list is perfect and the service was excellent, as always. I leave here happy, satiated and like I’ve had a welcoming meal with family.
What a wonderful little restaurant in Santa Fe. The crispy polenta app was incredible ! Has a wonderful neighborhood restaurant feel to it.
Gazpacho and my special-of-the-evening blue nose bass were fabulous. My husband would have liked a margarita, but found the French rose delightful. We both loved the ice cream. Please survive this difficult time so we can visit again.
Used to be better. It was all just okay. We loved the wine!
Everything was just perfect. We had a date night and Joseph's Pub was a fantastic choice. The food prep and flavor is magical. The staff is unbelievably knowledgeable and friendly, so it's as always a pleasure to dine there.
Surprisingly innovative menu— ingredients were fresh and inspired. We had the fava bean and buffalo
Bone marrow appetizer which was delightful. The house made chips brought to the table are addictive. We almost never order steak at a restaurant anymore, but both of us were in the mood for one. It was cooked to perfection (medium rare). The sauces were classic but executed flawlessly and perfectly complemented the meat. Overall we were very pleased.
First time here asking self what took me so long! Very interesting menu with creative fun dishes. Food is very good. Lots of choices for varied food interests. Nice beer wine menu, reasonable prices. Some Street seating outdoors. Inside is cozy. Go here and enjoy!
It was so nice to be back to enjoy my favorite lamb burger in the city. Our service was and always has been excellent.
Great meal, and the staff did a great job addressing COVID concerns. Very impressed.
Love this restaurant! Joseph and his crew are top notch. Great food and great service. We went there for our 22nd wedding anniversary and the really helped to make it memorable.
Very good food. Joseph himself made the call the kitchen could serve us jalepeno poppers even though they are not on the menu. Lamb burger was delicious as was my wife's veggie enchilada.
Most Creative Chef in Town!
So glad to return to Joseph’s.
Their food is regularly among the most creative in Santa Fe. Happily, it is also delicious and well-presented. The servers are invariably personable and professional. The ambience is peaceful and artistic. The wine list is extensive and approachable.
Don’t miss it!
Amazing. The food was incredible. The staff acknowledged our celebration of our engagement which was so special. We loved everything that we ate! We will be back!
Reception is usually indifferent-never a great start
Servers usually very good & friendly
Food is variable/some very good and other things mediocre
Very Fully priced for the experience
Excellent food and service
This was our first time going out to eat in over 3 months. We were unsure how we would feel with servers wearing masks and the uncertainty coronavirus has added to our lives. Once seated, though, we felt very comfortable. Tables were very well spaced from each other. Servers were very conscious of standing back from the table, wearing masks, and coming in only briefly to either place items on or remove items from our table. The food was as wonderful as we remembered. We splurged and each got our own dessert, too. It felt festive and I was uplifted to see people enjoying themselves while still feeling safe and cared for by the professional respect shown by the staff at the restaurant. We will go back again!
First day after COVID opening.
They were fantastic. One of our fav places.
...some of the more creative cuisine in Santa Fe...
overall a very good dinner all the way around. Interesting and tasty food
Food we ordered was vegetarian. It was good, not outstanding, and not what I’d expect for the price. The chocolate dessert was especially disappointing. It’s was listed as a cake but was actually fudge.
My husbands New York gallery owner came to town to work on his upcoming show this June. We had a wonderful meal, great table. Was able to discuss many things over dinner as the noise level was just perfect.
Our server, a balding :) middle-aged man, was very congenial and helpful.
Dinner, wine, and dessert was all good enough, although for the price I did not feel it was totally worth it. The chicken under a brick was perfection, but the accompanying side and my trout salad were just ok. What was truly unfortunate was the service. We didn’t have anyone come to our table for 20 min, I only knew about the specials because I overheard our waitress telling the couple a few tables over, and the worst was that we were seated in the walkway where every single person in or out hit my chair. It ended up being comical by the end, but I won’t be returning.
Sublime food in a very authentic setting that feels very much of the place, Santa Fe, mixed with vibes of France. That goes for the influence of the exquisite fare. Best dining experience in Santa Fe so far.
The food is quite good, and service is attentive without being over-bearing. The ambiance is warm and inviting.
Joseph's Culinary Pub was our favorite meal during restaurant week in Santa Fe.
Restaurant week in Santa Fe. Tried Joseph’s for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Nice serving sizes, very nice presentation, delicious food and excellent service. I had crab carrots soup with curry which was well sized appropriate temperature and delicious. For the main course Buffalo meatloaf which was quite good. Dessert was a butterscotch cream also excellent. Others in my party had the cloud cake which he described as the best he’s ever had. Ambience was quite nice, though just a bit crowded. All in all wonderful dinner
We tried Joseph’s for restaurant week and every single thing they served us was delicious! Would absolutely return next time in Santa Fe
Great food, many choices, great wine list, competent friendly service. Some of the most creative cuisine in town.
Great menu selections and wine list even during restaurant week.
We attended Joseph's during Restaurant week. My husband had the lamb banana curry and I had the mahimahi. Both dishes did not disappoint. The mahimahi had a delicious, crunchy spinach side under the fish, which was accompanied by parsnip puree and topped with crab. We had a bone marrow appetizer and the smoked trout salad to start - the bone marrow was a clear stunner. The wine list is wonderful. This was our first time visiting the restaurant - we would definitely return.
Excellent dinning experience.
Out standing value for a Santa Fe restaurant.
A cozy yet somewhat energetic scene. A diverse & imaginative menu. Service was quite fine.
We went to Joseph's Culinary Pub on Santa Fe Restaurant Week -- our first visit to Joseph's. Loved the food. The ambiance is like an English Pub which I loved. Our waitress was good and efficient but could have been friendlier. Everyone else was very friendly and helpful. I had the mahi mahi and it was cooked so well, it melted in my mouth. My husband had the brick chicken which was great--he said it was so good and very tender. Going backwards, the appetizers were great. I had the Hawaiian ahi tuna and my husband had the carrot curry crab soup. Both were delicious. We were surprised at how large the portions were.
For dessert I had the butterscotch pudding with caramel topping and he had the chocolate dessert. Great. Best meal we've had so far in Santa Fe. We'l be back.
