    The manager kindly served us a dessert that became available after we ordered. As my daughter loves anything “rice pudding” we were very appreciative. The manager is a nice young man who aims to please.

    It was our Father’s Day celebration and the Josephine team were absolute sweethearts to my hard of hearing, 80-something parents and me. Thank you so very much for the extra doses of patience and human kindness, Team Josephine!

    Just ok. Would not recommend or go again. The server looked annoyed throughout our lunch service. The brunch menu is a normal menu. My husband received lukewarm coffee. The poached egg on the Lyonnaise salad wasn't hot. My daughter has a gluten sensitivity and the menu noted that it had gluten free bread. We've traveled alot and when it's a standalone item it usually means gluten free rolls, muffins, etc. They brought out 4 slices of sliced toast like sandwich bread which was a letdown. Overall the location still looks nice but beyond that nothing stood out that would make me recommend or return.

    Loved sitting in the downstairs dinning room. Very relaxing and low key without being stuffy.

    Overall, we love Josephine’s. This is our 6th or 7th time here. But, this was unfortunately an off night for them I suppose. The food was okay, but usually much better. Our steak was tough and dry, and the chicken roti was slightly undercooked and bit bloody at the bone. The service was also strangely off, with a waiter who had to come back on three different occasions because he forgot what our orders were, and honestly, a bit too present. We love an occasional check in, but it was a bit much. We have had many good nights here, so we will definitely be back. But I’m hoping this was just a one off night.

    As always, a great experience at Josephine! Our server, Hannah, was excellent again (this was the second time she has served us). She was so kind and enthusiastic, and provided great recommendations and overall service. This is our favorite restaurant, and we will continue to return often :)

    We enjoyed our meal. The manager Steve was very attentive. Our server Juan was kind and made sure our food came out hot and timely.

    We have eaten at Josephine many times and usually have a great experience, but on this particular visit the service was helpful and friendly but the food was very slow to come out. My husband's sandwich was burned along the edges and not as fulsome as usual. My wine tasted very "off" but the server was very helpful and responsive and brought a newer bottle to pour a replacement drink. I had chicken on my salad and it was pretty dry unlike previous times I've had it. The brightest spot on this visit was the lovely lady at the hostess stand who was friendly and helpful and generally a delight. This was midweek, midday and may have just been and "off" day or perhaps there wasn't enough help for whatever reason. As I said, we've had many great experiences at Josephine and would encourage anybody to try it.

    I had the most amazing experience I’ve ever had  it was my birthday and they made me feel so special I would recommend this place every time and our server was top-tier. Thank you Josephine for having us and I recommend this place to everyone.
