   Limited food menu, and VERY overpriced for what you get. I understand it’s a hotel, but this is one of the worse values I’ve experienced based on quality. Staff seems overwhelmed and is very slow (ate there 3 times during our stay based on convenience between breakfast and dinner, and each experience was similar), although they were friendly. I almost wouldn’t stay at the hotel again just because of this being the only dining option there. Great ambiance, but leaves a lot to be desired.

   It was a very busy Sunday early dinner at the bar. I was glad to see so many people enjoying their time. The guacamole was just so......had very little taste of avocado. The pork tacos were a bit disappointing, although the flavor was good, the meat was extremely overcooked, very tough. I would go back to try something else.

   By far the best Mexican food in valley. Super good service… interesting waitstaff who are great to chat with. I think the noise was fine except for a table of about 8 who were just super loud people. Really enjoyed it… I have a new regular place to go for Telmex! C

    Excellent slopeside Mexican food! The guacamole was some of the best I've ever eaten. Loved the street corn, the salsa and the queso fundido as well. Ceviche was fresh and delicious, and I loved my carne asada. Enchiladas de res and suizas also got rave reviews. The service was kind and friendly, even as they were clearly short-staffed. This is a great spot to get a delicious meal right at the base of the mountain.

    Low grade dog food. I don’t think I’ve ever seen 4 separate dishes look as unappetizing either. Just a really huge disappointing mess.

    The busiest week of the year and Jose’s was packed. The staff was great and trying to accommodate everyone. Even with all the people, food came out fast and was great. Love the potato flautas! Great margaritas too!

    Ordered salad with salmon-salmon was delicious, and salad good too. Except left off tomatoes and dressing. My husband carnitas good, but not very hot. Ambiance like eating in a cafeteria. Much nicer in summer when outdoor patio open. Really not complaining-happy to have them on the mountain and appreciate them Margaritas were perfect!
