Acclaimed chef Jiho Kim (DdoBar) opens Joomak, a fresh iteration of his former Michelin-starred restaurant, Joomak Banjum, at Maison Hudson New York. “Joomak,” is an elevated update, a jewel box set in a more intimate and luxurious space with just 27 seats. The menu features New American cuisine rooted in Korean flavors across an eight-course tasting menu, complemented by a robust wine program featuring French-forward and new-world wines alike.
At Joomak you'll experience an eight-course tasting menu featuring Chef Jiho Kim's eye for detail and distinct creativity. An optional wine pairing is also available. The food is New American with a definite Korean flair; the techniques on display polished during a long career as an executive pastry chef. A vegetarian version of the menu is also available. We ask that you notify us of dietary restrictions and allergies ahead of time, but there is no need to book a separate experience for vegetarian or pescatarian guests.
