   As having grown up an 80s teenager the sense of nostalgia was so fun. The Gold Digger Shake and New Yorker were so good! I even had enough to bring home for leftovers.

   Worst experience! The service was absolutely terrible. We were ignored the majority of our visit and were there for 3 hours!!!! I paid a lot of money for this experience for my family and forced to pay a 20% gratuity on 2 separate bills for the worst service I have ever had. To just sit there and watch every table around you be taken care of. Tables coming in after you and leaving before you. While we just sat there watching our sever walk by us multiple times and not even acknowledging our existence. Our drinks sat at the bar for a good 15 minutes before someone even thought to bring them over . Our milkshake sat at the milkshake bar and we’re melting before we even got them. I had to remind our server I paid for this experience at least a dozen times. It took asking our server and 2 other employees before we got any help in getting our stupid eggs. Then the cherry on top the server tried to charge me for 2 more people we didn’t ever have. I had to prove to him that I paid for the 6 I had. Ignored and then accused! Worst experience! Saddest part I have been to JoJo before and didn’t have this experience and that is why I brought my family. HUGE mistake and I won’t be returning.

   Decor is somewhat inappropriate for kids yet it is supposed to be for kids… restroom decor is not appropriate… this place can’t decide who they are trying to attract there. Service was fair although they tried Won’t go back

   Food was mediocre at best, but shake was AMAZING! Went in for a friend’s bday. Cute place, but help needed in the food dept for sure!

   Menus were sticky as was the table we sat at. Bathrooms were not well kept and attention was overdue. Soft pretzel appetizer came cold but thankfully kitchen replaced with a fresh hot one. Entrees were all good and satisfying. It was my birthday which I had indicated on the reservation but staff never made mention of it. Our waitress failed to enter my shake order and forgot about it so I left disappointed as that was my birthday treat. Gratuity was included because we were a party of 6, but I felt like the experience wasn’t deserving.

   I did the fond of u experience for Valentine’s Day it was a waste of money I wouldn’t recommend doing that. Maybe for just dining there in general the place would be great but the package just wasn’t worth it. We did go on Valentine’s Day but they were short staffed only 3 servers it seemed. The shakes are huge which was good but the taste wasn’t anything to brag about.

    The people here are very friendly and took extremely good care of me and my family. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing and light atmosphere.
