JoJo’s ShakeBAR is a next-generation restaurant and bar, and Naperville’s next go-to spot for hangouts, first dates, and family affairs. Its’ modern, yet familiar, diner experience is grounded in nostalgia and focuses on creative desserts and elevated diner favorites.

JoJo's Treehouse is Naperville's favorite rooftop patio featuring sparkling disco balls, colorful giant slinkies, and funky neon signs. Snap a selfie and sip on a boozy bar cocktail while hanging out in one of the suspended tree swings or the famous tire swing. Outdoor Patio Seating is available for reservations and walk-ins. In the case of inclement weather, our team will do our best to accommodate outdoor patio reservations inside, but indoor seating is not guaranteed.

All the food items were tasty. Try the shake flight if you have kids! It's a big hit and smaller portions were a great option! The best thing ever was a double hot chocolate with an added shot of espresso. The toasted marshmallow on top was divine.

Out waitress was spectacular and on top of things! Although it was a crowded evening, service was flowing smoothly! Food was great! Ambiance on the patio was spectacular to celebrate our special occasion for our party of 10!

Went for the Mother’s Day brunch pre paid online. Was advertised 1 app 1 entree $29. In reality it was 1 app per two people. Service was crap. Sat with dishes in front of me as the entrees were coming sat with a table full of plates and trash. Was giving plastic silver ware. Didn’t even have ketchup in our table caddy. Had to ask the table next to us cause our server was nowhere to be seen. Food was overpriced. Probably won’t be back.

Disappointing Experience at JoJo’s in Naperville We recently visited JoJo’s in Naperville for their Mother’s Day special and unfortunately, our experience was far from enjoyable. When we arrived, we stood at the hostess booth while what appeared to be a male manager was engaged in a conversation with an employee. Despite clearly seeing us waiting, he didn’t acknowledge our presence and continued his conversation. To make matters worse, he made a comment about our name and reservation without realizing we were standing right in front of him, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Once seated, we found the chairs to be extremely uncomfortable and small. I eventually switched to a stool just to be able to sit more comfortably. The menu was another frustration—visually busy and poorly laid out, making it hard to navigate and find what we were looking for. On a positive note, our waitress Riley was fantastic. She was attentive, friendly, and provided great service throughout our meal. That said, the food and drink experience was a mixed bag. The margarita I ordered was quite small, especially for the $16 price tag, and came with a paper straw, which I’m not a fan of. During the Mother's Day bouquet activity, we were questioned by another server who scolded us for allegedly taking too many flowers. I had only picked three stems, exactly as instructed, but some stems had multiple flowers, which apparently caused confusion. It felt unnecessary and awkward to be corrected like that while trying to enjoy a special moment. The food itself was very good and filling, which we appreciated, but overall, the small negative moments added up and left a sour taste. Poor customer service at the start, uncomfortable seating, menu design issues, and the flower incident made for a disappointing experience. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

This place is definitely for the shakes, not the food. The food is overpriced and not that great. The shakes are overpriced, but amazing! Service was ok and the atmosphere is lively with excellent tunes. Skip the dinner and just come for a special occasion dessert.
