   This was my first time but I would go back for sure. Food and service was great! We made a reservation and they took us right back on time. We had a group of 8 so the only flaw was they were going to squeeze us in at a table for 6 but they sorted it out pretty quick.

   Food was good. Service was excellent. Shake is a lot for one person, it could be shared if need be, otherwise it’s a waste.

   Honestly, $70 for 2 kids meals and 2 adult meals, all of which were mediocre as far as taste is ridiculous. I was not impressed one bit.

   The chicken sandwich was super dry . Service was good. But noisy customers next to us let their kids run around crazy and was super annoying to enjoy your dinner . The food was just ok and dry.

   What a great place. We loved it, the kids loved it. Nice menu, great atmosphere, full bar and the shakes aren't bad ether!

   Our server was wonderful. The food and shakes were mediocre at best but definitely overpriced. I had 1 specialty shake, 2 basic shakes, 3 kids meals and some wings and it was over $100. They also charge $4 just for coming it. Then there are one two bathrooms that are unisex so lots of folks came with kids, including our party, and there was a long wait to use the restrooms. They even charge $22 to sing happy birthday. Plus being in downtown Detroit you’ll also pay at least $10-15 to park nearby because street parking is very limited. I likely won’t return.

   Our waiter Emily was absolutely amazing!!! She made my baby 9th Birthday a memorable moment!! We will be back !! My baby told all our friends about her birthday milkshake!!

   Great experience at my 2nd visit . Food and drink were very good . Ambiance was lively and upbeat . I think the server should tell the customers that an 18 percent tip is added to the bill . Looking forward to returning.

   It was my daughter birthday. We were seated in a timely fashion. There wasn’t a long wait on food or drinks but Verly limited food selection. They have walking tacos with no liquid cheese or taco sauce. The wings were big and not cooked fully.

    Loved everything about it. Food was yummy. Bill added up fast with everything alacart. A bit pricey for burger and fries. Besides price…loved it and will def recommend to people for special occasion.

    We were early for our high top reservation. The nice hostess asked if we’d like to sit at the bar. We normally like sitting at the bar . The bar server was very friendly and hard working. My drink was delicious. The loaded fries were over the top yum ( way too much for two people). We split a tasty chicken sandwich. The noise level was very lively. Unfortunately, there were many young kids running around . We were fairly close to the restroom. Twice we saw 8 people go in the restroom at one time . Lots of commotion. I’m not sure how it can be controlled. It was extremely distracting. Next time I’ll reserve a booth .

    We had a reservation. But they sat people who were walk ups before us. The food was subpar. The shakes looked fun! But nothing crazy. Will not be going back.

    Here’s my take. The food is overly priced. We ordered walking tacos, I was still hungry when I was done lol. That was a snack. My children ordered cheese burgers it was gone in 2 bites. They enjoyed their milkshakes though I’ll give that an A+. I had a frozen margarita, it was tart I couldn’t taste the liquor in it at all. Id suggest getting a extra shot on the side. I would go back to sit at the bar, just something to do when theirs nothing to do. I will eat else where before coming

    The food and atmosphere are great. The staff are all friendly but could be more enthusiastic about what they have to offer and highlight what makes them unique, especially with the shakes and hot chocolates.

    I really enjoyed my Nada burger. It was my second visit. I was impressed by the novelty of the place and wanted to share the experience with friend's visiting from New York. Unfortunately, we enjoyed the service and food but was extremely disturbed by the level of the music. One of the friends has a hearing problem and found the level of the music very annoying. Will not return if the music has to be played so loud. It was not that loud on my first visit.

    Brought my son for his fourth birthday with family and friends. We all had great service, food was good, and everything came out in a timely manner. I love that the menu caters from youngest to oldest.

    I was over the sugar factory after the first 35 minutes waiting on my table while having a reservation. Reservations was for 7 pm we didn’t sit down at our table 10 minutes before 8 pm . The food took forever to come out and when it finally arrived it was burnt and it was incomplete. My drink was so sweet I didn’t taste any henny! Never again

    My husband and I decided to take our daughters here to give it a try. The shakes were so good and the margarita was great too! The service was excellent. The food was okay. We will definitely be back for the shakes and the vibes!!!

    Need help with large party's of 6 or 7 people. They make you feel rushed to eat!! Not a welcoming place from management but the employees where nice. Over all about a 4/10 price of food was way to Hi!!! They run out of Glass cups and good luck getting a refill on your Drink.

    I made a reservation so I wouldn't have to wait. Unfortunately, there were people that walked in and said they didn't have a reservation that were seated before me and my party. We were told a few times that our table wasn't ready and I didn't understand how other tables were visibly open but we had to wait.

    It was our first time. I ordered the beef brisket. My mom order the wings. My sister ordered the honey chicken sandwich. All of our food was dry! The shakes were amazing! Our margaritas was ok.

    This restaurant was great. Service was amazing and fast but not rushing you. We had drinks, appetizers, meals and a shake each and we were only there about 45 minutes. Food came out quickly and was very fresh and piping hot. Overall amazing service.
