It was delicious. However, winter wonderland was closed which was disappointing. But even more disappointing was that the upstairs was closed too! My kids were looking forward to the giant lite brite and games and instead they had nothing to do. They were disappointed to say the least.

Met up with a friend. Cute interior, but not worth the price. I got the vegan shake, which was good, but not for $15. My biggest complaint is the service fee they charge. We each got two shakes total. We did not order drinks or food, and the service fee was $19. For two people, who didn’t order food, I think that is a bit ridiculous. I don’t think I’ll be going back

An extra fee of $10 to see the decoration doesn't make sense. The shakes are so big for small kids and the waitress should advise about that. Expensive for the products.

Our server Cole was AWESOME! He’s a new employee and he could’ve fooled me. I think the menu is a bit pricey but the kids enjoy the shakes and scenery so it’s worth it. This is my third time here and I have no complaints none of my visits.

The shakes are amazing! The food is okay. Some of the items were luke warm when they arrived to the table. Also, the entrees were served at different times to different people in my party.

Reserved a patio table, was sat just inside the door after the only other table available for 2 people was a high top and not very safe for my 6 year old daughter. The table was very cold with drafts from the patio door opening every few mins. The ambiance not worth the extra $10. The food came out fast. The fish and chips was good and crisp. Shake ordered at the same time, followed a few minutes after. Only bathroom was located back in the restaurant, it was very small. Waited for the check for what seemed like a long time even after asking for the check.

Overall good, shakes as expected were amazing and the main attraction.
Disappointed about the $20 fee for outdoor dining that does not apply towards the meal. I am all for a fee to ensure people show up, but that should be a prepayment to the final tab.
decorations were fun, and staff was very friendly.
Tent was setup nicely, but definitely could have been warmer, did frequenlty experience cool bursts of air that forced us to eat with our jackets on.

It's a cute place that might be worth one visit but it's way overpriced. We went mostly for my 3-year-old nephew and he enjoyed it. Everything is a la carte and way overpriced for what you get. Obviously, JoJos is more for the experience with their winter wonderland and over-the-top shakes. Great place for kids and families. Much better options in Chicago for groups and adults. Just my opinion.

I made a reservation for winter wonderland it was changed to outside. I didn't realize until I got there and the hostess was a bit rude about it. Reservation was at 930p. When we were seated they brought out appetizers and drinks quickly which was great. Our waiter told us it was last call and we said we were ok. He then brings us the check. He explains it was last call for food too (which wasn't explained). They shouldn't make 930 reservations when they close the kitchen 10 min later. I will say the food we got was good. I really enjoyed the cheese fries. Mac n cheese wasn't my favorite but my friends enjoyed.

The beverages live up to the hype! The food is meh but who’s really there for the food anyways? The Peppermint Hot Chocolate (with a splash of baileys) was fantastic and so was the Oreo Shake! Also- January is the best time to go for the Winter Wonderland scene! We had the entire place to ourselves and was able to take all the pics! So glad I decided to come here and share this spot with my IG followers! Can’t wait to come back for Candyland!

The "Kitchen Sink"salad was largely a bowl of lettuce. The holiday decorations were not incredibly pleasing, and not worth the $10 they charged. The server was great and check on us quite frequently. I am very confused as to why there was an automatic 18% service fee for a table for two.

A friend & I took our older kids for lunch in the winter wonderland tent. They had a Great holiday set up, we had a very attentive server,Johnny! And the food was enjoyed by all of us. The only bummer was that their hot chocolate machine wasn’t working that day, so we couldn’t get hot chocolate drinks :( I would definitely go back again

I went with the family, the kids got their lovely shakes. The kids said they were good but tasted more like vanilla versus the flavor they had picked. We also ordered sides, they were pretty good! Only down side was the bill, it was extremely high but the experience was nice. Props to the staff for such great service though, very polite and attentive. I also really liked their Winter Wonderland theme!

The kids enjoyed their shakes. I thought the food was average and overpriced. as well as the requirement to pay a $10 table fee to sit under what was supposed to be a heated tent outdoors. It was cold!

We sat outside, fun ambiance being in the Winter Wonderland. Our server was excellent, she was so helpful and checked on us regularly.

Shakes- we got basic shakes and added some fillings which were really great!

Food-
Daughters got the chicken tenders and waffle fries, overpriced for quality. For the price you would anticipate hand breaded in house made.
Adults:
1)ordered the smash burger. Didn’t taste like a smash burger, felt like two frozen Patties. Sauce was tasty.
2)ordered the honey fried chicken sandwich, was very good.

Overall, great place for shakes. Food, wouldn’t go out of my way to go back for the food.

We had a group of 8 and sat in the winter wonderland area. It was decorated very cute for the holidays. The temp inside was mild. The shakes are big and delicious. The kids love going there. Our favorite is the chocolate nirvana. Next time we plan to try the actual food instead of just coming for dessert.

This place was so fun for our family-friendly New Year's Eve dinner! My husband, 8.5 year old, 5.5 year old and myself all enjoyed ourselves. The winter wonderland outdoor area was so festive! We were so lucky to be sat inside one of their two igloos inside the tented outdoor area. The servers were great and everyone was in a great mood. My daughter had a grilled cheese sandwich off the kids' menu, my husband and I split the fried chicken with hot honey mayo sandwich, and we all shared shakes and cookies. It was SO good and so worth it! We will definitely be back next time we're in Chicago.

Jojo’s is a splurge for your budget and your diet, but so worth it! Their shakes are as delicious as they are photogenic. We split the Chocolate Decadence among 3 of us and definitely got our chocolate fix. The cookie alone would have been a rich dessert! The mozzarella sticks were fresh and hot, my daughter loved the chicken noodle soup and my husband loved the Codfather. The chicken pot pie I had was almost too rich- it tastes like they use pure cream for the sauce, but that also made it feel like a treat. The crust was perfection. We also split an order of waffle fries that we were too full to finish.

The best quality of Jojo’s is the atmosphere and service. Employees were very friendly and efficient, including thoughtful touches like bringing stools for people’s hats and handbags. The decor and music added to the fun. Bring your camera and your appetite!!!
