   The Prime New York Strip was a tough and flavorless. Disappointing for such a nice cut of meat. Scalloped potatoes were delicious as was the Limoncello Margarita. Overall, good but not great. I’ll go back. Probably won’t order a steak though.

   Was cold with windows open. Asked hostess to close them. She said Rick the owner would get mad if he drove by and saw windows closed. They aren’t allowed to close them till it drops to 60 degrees no matter how windy it was or how cold we were. Then 5 minutes later another table further down asks for their window to be closed and they do it. Ridiculous and rude.

   The salmon I ordered was not cooked. My moms burger was too big and when she cut it in half it fell apart and was very messy. The salad was dropped on my moms lap and more cucumbers and carrots were brought out.

    Beautiful place for a spring/summer meal! You are inside but have the feeling of being outdoors due to the many openings. I ordered the “American Cheeseburger” which was okay, but no flavor. I was given enough fries for a table of 6! I will go back. As I love the ambiance, and perhaps the chef just neglected to season/salt my burger. But too many fries! I hadn’t been in this building since it was Gamekeepers and the improvements are impressive. Also thought the burger price was excessive.

    We went for my friends Birthday dinner. Started with some drinks which were good. Our appetizer was the calamari and it was very dry and crispy. My fault for not saying anything, but I can look past an appetizer as it’s just something to enjoy while waiting for dinner. Our dinner was excellent, my friend got the burger and I the lamb. It was very appetizing. Overall, the server was on point, she gave very good service and described the menu and drinks well to us. The only thing I have to complain about is dessert. Since we were celebrating a birthday, I figured a place of this level of service would recognize this and send a dessert, as that is how you obtain repeat customers. However, we didn’t receive a single happy birthday, or gesture that indicated they knew it was a birthday. I double checked our reservation because I figured I may have slipped up, but it did say we were celebrating a birthday. This is the only true thing that disappointed me throughout the whole experience. Little things like this separate restaurants from good and great ones!

    Expensive, and everything tasted good, but nothing tasted great. The steaks were FAR inferior to ML Tavern, Capital Grill, and Red, even though JoJo's charges slightly more money. Our waiter was fine for a mid-priced chain restaurant but did not provide the service or professionalism expected from a restaurant charging JoJo's prices. Dinner for two before tip was $222 and was not worth that kind of money for merely good.

    A beautiful place. I had the chicken lemon pasta on the lunch menu. It was just wonderful. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the chicken was perfectly breaded. The arugula was fresh and made me quite jealous that I can't find arugula this good in stores. I highly recommend.

    Wished to have a 6-7pm reservation but told only 4:15 was available. When we arrived, most tables were empty and remained that way for another 1 hour. Service was slow, food was room temperature to warm. Prices far exceeded comparables in the area. We won’t be back.

    Two of the dishes we ordered were lukewarm when they came out and one of the dishes, which was a pasta, was dry with little to no sauce. Appetizer was very good. They were very busy due to Mother's Day, so it was loud and service was a little slow, took awhile for drinks to come.

    Came here for Mother's Day and we had a great experience. Our server was lovely, patient, very sweet, and gave us space to catch up and enjoy quality time together. She answered questions and gave recommendations when we needed it, but was not overbearing and really let us cherish our time. We sat in a corner by the fireplace and it was perfect. The dishes were delicious and I had a margarita which I would rate as 8/10. I would come back for another special occasion.

    Nan and the host staff were very accommodating. Don, our server, was terrific. Diver scallops (not on menu) were prepared well with a nice presentation. Ordered the strip steak unseasoned and it tasted great, although a bit tougher than I would have expected. New butter cake dessert was delicious. All in all, a great Saturday night.

    Beautiful venue. Great menu choices including lunch specials. Parking in Chagrin Falls is a NIGHTMARE. This on its own will deter visitors. We were celebrating a birthday and enjoyed the slow pace, BUT service needs to be improved if you don't have lots of leisure time especially at lunch!

    The ambience is great and it is beautifully decorated. Our server was kind and attentive. I ordered a medium rare steak that came out well done so we sent it back. My husband had finished his whole meal before my steak came back out. The steak was right the second time, but I thought someone would at least apologize. We will pay a lot for a nice meal, but I felt it was overpriced for the quality received. We'd return for a drink, but probably not for a meal as I was disappointed no one acknowledged the mishap.

    JoJo's is exceptional. The people are wonderful. The restaurant and bar are beautiful. The food is fantastic. JoJo's has a great energy. It attracts a wonderful crowd.     Had the lamb chops which were excellent! Enjoyed the sauce in particular. Only negative is that the acuostics could be better. We had a very loud table next to us. Maybe it was more them, though.

    Had a wonderful table and food. However, there was a “celebrity” in the restaurant. Our server also had his table with his entourage. Therefore, we were neglected a bit and the service slowed a great deal. Had to wait and ask several times for drink refills and check. We finally picked everything up and finished at the bar because the service was better. I would suggest they allow any VIP who comes in to have their own server.

    Our service was incredible. We were seated in a small sunroom with three tables by ourselves. It felt like it was just us and it was amazing. I’m surprised there were no mocktails on the drink menu, but the bartender made an amazing cranberry and soda with a twist. The tuna was under seasoned, and the noodles were too al dente. Other than that it was phenomenal! Will recommend and be back, especially to try the patio when it’s not raining.
