Great food and excellent service. Salad, lobster, steak and dessert, everything was perfect! I would love to try their brunch next time as well!

Beautiful brunch...perfect indoor or outdoor setting.

Everyone is charming, and the new sleek decor is quite a change from the cozy traditional townhouse atmosphere we remember... but the food is still excellent. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful, but there are too few staff members to provide the level of service one expects at such a fine restaurant.

If only the food and prices were as good as the lovely townhouse setting. Service is great. An escarole salad with strawberries was over-salted, and a black seabass entree was fine, but at these prices should have been a rave. A lemon meringue tart was delicious and it all went well with a bottle of gruner veltliner. This restaurant has been capable of finer cuisine worth the price in the past.

What a nice way to come back to indoor dining! Jojo does not disappoint; amazing hospitality, great service, and dishes that are prepared with love. They have done everything to make you feel comfortable and welcome including all of their safety protocols. This is a great step to get you out of the house and back to all that New York has to offer!

We love JoJo - one of our favorite restaurants in NYC since it originally opened. Great service. Fabulous food. Great drinks and wine list. Lovely, pacific atmosphere.

Food and service were not as spectacular as I recall.....I am sure it attributable to the pandemic environment and am optimistic that it will normalize at some point.

Sadly we had a poor experienced at the recently reopened JoJo's after having many excellent meals there in the past. I think we'll rack it up to COVID and hope for a better result next time. On the bright side the cucumber martini's were a dream. On the down side I sent my meat back because it was way over cooked, only to receive a second only slightly less over cooked. Although the staff apologized repeatedly, one would expect a complimentary coffee, desert or drink, after I ate alone because it took so long and everyone else was done. The server deserved a reduced tip...but then again it is a tough time and wait staff have suffered enough.

Another excellent meal at JoJo with equally friendly and excellent service. My seabass was an amazing--so light yet so rich. Desserts were equally delicious. All COVID protocols were in place and one felt very safe there.

The food and service was exquisite. The orange zest on the burrata was so sumptuous. The chicken is so moist and delicious. Jean Georges RULES!

Great Valentines dinner, and a relief to be back in a live restaurant. Service was welcoming, and their cocktails were staggering, in a good sense. Opened the fixed menu with beef tartar smothered in caviar: what could you ask for after that? Their espresso was weak, but hey, nobody is perfect. 5 stars.

Jojo is always outstanding! The food and the service is outstanding! We are very sad that indoor dining is paused, but we will certainly be ordering takeout from Jojo. Thank you Chef Steven and team!

The place is very sharming; the food was excelent, such as the service. Love the Music selection ( not very UES), and the drinks & Wine selection was exactly what We was expeting por a Sunday brunch . I will come back.

Food is very good, but be ready for modest portions and full pricing; a very small lobster is $58.

Being seated near the bathrooms and having the stench of human waste wafting in the air throughout the meal put somewhat of a damper on the experience.
The service was poor, and having to wait 20 minutes for a piece of bread to be brought to the table, and then 40 minutes for our appetizers, and then after an hour having to ask a passing wait staff member to see if our main courses were ready - which apparently they were - as she came back with them immediately - added to our displeasure with the evening.
The music being played over the sound system was loud and intrusive, and detracted, rather than enhanced from the overall experience.
The food was quite good.

The food was excellent! While, the service was slow and we asked for a table by the window on Opentable, but didn’t get one...

Food was delicious. Portion size could have been better. The location itself is very adorable and a great place for brunch. Staff was also extremely friendly!

I love Jojo. Delicious food and nice and light. Beautiful clean setting. I am not a fan of the new manager. She never smiled once or came to check on our table. She was dressed strangely, a blue summer dress with black stockings and sneakers- tattoos everywhere. Very strange and unprofessional for a Jean George establishment.

Food was terrible

Very good food and ambiance, but the staff at brunch was completely overwhelmed. It took more than an hour for JoJo’s wait staff to bring us two frittatas.

Other tables around us were served, ate, and left. No food for us.

My date and I asked several times for an update. When our food finally arrived we asked the manager for an explanation. Surprisingly, she lied to us: “your order went in 20 minutes ago.”

I can understand being understaffed these days. But this is no way to treat customers.

I was looking forward to eating at Jojo. I was very disappointed. The tables outside are really cheap and tiny for the standing and price of the restaurant. The food was far too salty and I'm a salt lover. But it was too much. Regardless of the salt the beef was good, rare cooked as I asked. We were not shown the wine we ordered, we were only brought our glasses full. The cookie was good.

Charming restaurant and great meal.

Not at the level of the JoJo I remembered from years ago. Food good , but not exceptional. Ambiance cold and unattractive.
