   Très déçu, par cette expérience, nous avions réservé il y a plusieurs semaines. À l’arrivée, l’accueil est froid. Notre serveur nous annonce qu’il ne reste que 4 plats sur toute la carte, pour pour quelle raison n’avons-nous pas été prévenus ?. Les deux plats étaient trop salé, nous avons cependant apprécié que le serveur nous décompte un plat. Malgré cela, j’ai laissé ce qu’il fallait pour le service, mais personne ne nous a salué pour nous dire au revoir.

   We have always enjoyed dining at JoJo because of its consistently delicious food. Last night's meal was no exception: steamed black seabass and honey-roasted duck breast. Based on our many meals at JoJo, we were confident that most menu options would have been as enjoyable. Keep up the consistently excellent work!

   Beautiful and delicious BUT - the brunch frittata was the tiniest breakfast entree we've ever seen! Since it isn't served with even a morsel of bread - I left hungry and had to go find breakfast somewhere else. Our JoJo dinners were always great so hopefully the portion downsizing is limited to brunch only!

   The best dining experience in New York. Stunning space with delicious, beautifully presented food AND you can actually have a conversation! The staff is fantastic too. Perfect evening!

   Very delicious food, service was uneven, food arrived before flatware was set, items place down not in front of correct person, plates picked up before everyone seated was finished with their course, wines ordered not delivered correctly to table and needed to be replaced, we enjoyed ourselves yet the service was not what it should be

    So disappointing. Been to JO JO several times and unfortunately last night’s dinner will drop it off my list. When a table of 4 has to send back 2 entree’s (one overcooked one undercooked) the experience is ruined (note: they comped those dishes). Also sat us at a terrible table directly behind the servers station and next to the kitchen access, so it was busy and loud…even though we requested something different. If you choose to ignore this review do ask specifically Not to sit in the booth behind the water station. Wait staff were very good and drinks were good as well. Oh well ;(, lots of other restaurants for us in NYC.
