   Had great service from Stephen, as he was very attentive and friendly. Worked very hard to please with wine choice and with removing plates, refilling glasses, etc. Was surprised at how lovely they had everything decorated for Mothers Day Brunch with special flowers etc, and the quality and variety of food was really outstanding and felt like a good value. Also felt very warmly greeted by the hostesses and the roaming manager. It was a very good experience that makes me want to go back for our next special occasion brunch. This was not our first time to Johnny's for the restaurant, but first time for a special holiday brunch in their larger reception area.

Our next large brunch event will not be until Thanksgiving, but we will have some great special dishes for Dad on Father's Day if you would care to join us in the restaurant.    We had a wonderful Mother’s Day brunch at Johnny’s! Lots of variety/choices, a carving station, fantastic service, and a fabulous hostess was walking the floor making sure that everything was delicious.

   The food is good as always but our main reason for coming back is Mavis. I have never seen a hostess who not only seats you but checks on you throughout the meal. You can see her, in her signature red outfit clearing dishes, setting table and checking on guest to be sure no one is being missed or left waiting. Last night she gave up her heels 👠 for sneakers 👟 to help the wait staff. She truly makes that restaurant a hidden gem. Our waiter was super busy but he made sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed. I hope the food and the service continues to be the outstanding feature of this restaurant.

   Unfortunately, we had a poor experience due to the wait time to get our food. Our reservation was at 6:15 and we were on time but didn’t get to enjoy our meal until well past 8. We didn’t take long to order. The kitchen was apparently backed up and they were unable to make pizzas which my kids were hoping for. Ultimately, we may have been on an off night for them but between the wait, the need for us to flag them for more water and then my prime rib being luke warm at best when it came to me, just not a place I’ll return to. I also wasn’t sure how I felt about the hostess’ jokes.

   Outstanding in every way!! My bone in rib-eye was cooked to perfection. Bruschetta and scallops apps were both amazing! And, to top it off, our service was impeccable! Stephen was attentive without “hovering.”

   Despite being inside a hotel, this place had delicious food and the service was on point! My husband and I were waited on hand and foot, never had an empty glass, and the food was delicious. It is a tad pricey, but I feel that we got our money’s worth. I had a Tickled Pink cocktail, which was delicious. My husband loved their bourbon selection. Steven, our server, went above and beyond by being attentive, available and friendly, and the manager came and checked on us twice. I’ve heard they have a great happy hour, but I’ve never been. We went on a Saturday night, and the noise level wasn’t too loud, but the area is small, so it might get loud if it had been busier. I had the seafood risotto and my husband had the steak and mushroom risotto, and we both loved our dishes.

   Beautiful, creative and delicious brunch experience for our Easter holiday! Oyster bar, prime rib, smoked salmon, dessert bar, veggies, pastas, fresh fruits, cheeses and more! Just WOW! Loved the Easter decor and photo booth. Attentive and friendly staff. 11/10 Great Job! Very well executed.

    The Easter Brunch was a nice spread for the price $60 per person if I recall. Some of the food items did not taste as good as other places, but to each his own palette. They had so many food stations, when I thought we were done, I turned around to find more tables with food. I enjoyed most: fresh oysters on the half shell (I ate a dozen of them and did not get sick. All were on ice!) and the boiled shrimp were HUGE! I couldn’t get enough - that was my favorite section. We didn’t leave there hungry that is for sure. The service and waitstaff were SUPERB! I wish we could get this kind of service everywhere we dined. Several restaurants in WOL should take note…too many establishments with SUBPAR service and uncaring waitstaff. Our glasses were never left on empty and the dirty dishes were picked up with a swiftness so that you had a clean space to eat again…and again…and again. We were so full that we didn’t really enjoy the dessert table…at first glance, it was your standard desserts nothing to write about. We were happy to tip well on this occasion because they DESERVED it. Bravo!!!
