   We went for a family dinner last night it was our two daughters birthdays three days apart. I booked told restaurant birthday. Checked in hostess new bdays. Took forever to give our drink and appetizers choices sitting so very long. 15 and 21st Birthday , usually when we go to a restaurant on a birthday it’s acknowledged someway scoop ice cream something. Here we have two bdays and one being 21 and the server carded her knew she just turned 21. We shared a drink bowl. 1. Service was so slow and it was not busy at all. 2. We choose this restaurant to celebrate and could have went with any of other restaurant and had a better experience regarding birthday dessert or something ... will not be going back and we left a tip cause we know it’s a hard job. If you are a restaurant and you know two birthdays I would acknowledge some way ... customer experience badddddd! Too bad cause the food was delicious but I rather spend our money on people customer experience and good food.

   Even though they were understaffed for a Thursday night, the waitresses tried their best to service our special occasion group time/dinner as best they could. Hats off to staff, not to the mgmnt.

   The food is either excellent or bleh. The service is unprofessional at best. This place won’t last. Too bad as it has potential!

   The place was practically empty at 2pm on Saturday, but our sever was basically no where to be found. Waited around 10-mins to order, then 20+ mins before anything showed up. We should have been served our salads instead of waiting with nothing to eat until everything showed up at once. Then another 10-mins goes by trying to get someone so I could ask for pepper for my salad because they hide the pepper grinder somewhere and have no salt/pepper shakers on the tables. The music was just a bit to loud. Might have been under a speaker (20-feet up in the ceiling somewhere), but still too loud in general and it wasn’t conducive to a pleasant dining experience. I just don’t expect black rappers music at Johnny Garlic’s, a small selection of the “ballads” were okay. Overall, very, very disappointed.

   We made a reservation but they restaurant was closed. No signage. No one called us. And no one answered their phone. Very poor way to treat a customer
