   Jayce was a great server and took the experience to the next level, as did Kaylee, the manager. She came by and chatted with us and gave us a special dessert. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely be back!

   The hostess checked us in quick and while we waited for our table we were given complimentary drink and an amuse bouche. The service and food were both excellent. The waitress, Anika, was attentive and friendly, and the manager, Matt, personally checked in to make sure we were enjoying our experience. Their hospitality really stood out and made our visit even more enjoyable.

   The service here was excellent, very accommodating and kind staff! Our server Jayce was very attentive and the night manager Matt as well! Both ensured we had everything we needed throughout the service and even surprised us with a desert on the house after our meal, would absolutely recommend thank you guys!!

   We had yet another fabulous meal at Joey, this time to celebrate two retirements. My wild cod was cooked perfectly and delicious, service was great, and it was nice to receive a complimentary sweet treat to acknowledge our special occasion. We enjoyed our evening out and will be back.

   As usual, we had a wonderful experience and Lindsay are bartender and server is amazing as usual! We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to be back especially when the patio is open thanks guys!

    My friend and I had a fantastic experience this evening. We were offered complimentary bubbly as soon as we walked through the door, and our server Maile was great, she was at our table to greet us within seconds of us sitting down. We also appreciated Chef Gregory stopping by to check in on how everything was tasting. We were happy to say it was all delicious (the sushi tacos are the BEST). The team at JOEY Kelowna truly knows how to make guests feel welcome, and the food was outstanding. Five stars!
