Came here to celebrate my husbands birthday. We waited quite awhile to be seated and theee was a crowd in the doorway it seemed like there was some kind of hold up with the staff. We ordered wine and steaks on half price wine night. Our water wasn’t ever refilled, we refilled our own wine glasses and when the bill came the wine was full price. We were surprised as this is typically not the service we receive. There wasn’t even so much as a “happy birthday” even though I put it on the reservation. Overall the food was excellent, no complaints about that whatsoever.

Overall, 4/5. The best burger I’ve had was at the Coquitlam Joey’s and the burger at the Kelowna location was not as good. Service was great. Location is noisy (close to the highway) and the music volume is loud (probably to mask the traffic noise). Decor is nice.

We had a bad experience last time but a manager reached out to me and invited us to come back, I’m glad we did! Everyone went above and beyond to make our experience awesome. My husband has many food limitations but at Joeys they were still so accommodating. We had the new s’more pie and it was so good!

We always have a good experience at Joey. We celebrated my husbands birthday and enjoyed the steak and lobster. The steak was cooked perfectly and the taste was delicious. Service was excellent as always. Thanks again see you again.

Our server sat us outside, there was about 20 empty tables. We got sat in a corner by the parking lot which was fine but not the nicest choice available, another group came in right after us and oddly was sat directly beside us despite there being multiple other tables available which would have provided reasonable space and privacy, but we had to listen to each others conversations as we were so close together. The food has gone extremely downhill at Joeys, the portions are smaller, the protein size specifically. Overpriced in my opinion.

Complimentary Bubly was unexpected and a lovely surprise. Drinks and food were amazing as well the service. Our server Carly was outstanding . A very pleasant dining experience .
