It was extremely hot in the restaurant-looking around, everyone there was fanning themselves with the menus. The service was okay, however I don’t blame the waitress, they were short staffed with multiple tables to serve. The appetizer came out cold, and had a hair in it- for which we were not charged. The mains came out cold and had to be sent back. When it came time to the bill, we paid but realized we were overcharged for one of the main meals, and after two separate conversations, with a hostess + another server, we were told to wait for a manager; after 20 minutes of waiting; no manager in sight, we had to leave. Overall quite disappointed in this experience, not somewhere we feel comfortable going back to.

Medium Steak arrived blue when sent back it was came back medium rare. Disappointed.

Fantastic but disappointed with some of the menu items being removed like sliders and sweet potato fries- but still a great time

The service level was quite poor and it looked like they were understaffed. Although they were nice and pleasant but It took so much time for the servers to attend to our table..

Reservation today was for a work meeting. Our party was seated without issue. We ordered drinks before meals and they came fairly quickly. The meals were great in presentation and taste. Our server was attentive and ensured that our meals were to our liking. Just a little dark in the section we were sitting, but otherwise it was a good environment for the meeting. Thank you for hosting us!

When I first arrived and was seated, no one came to take my order. I noticed another server assisting someone who arrived after me, which made the delay even more noticeable. Once I flagged this the server was very attentive and did a good job.
