   The service was chaotic and disorganized and very rushed There was no cutlery or napkins ready on the table Food started arriving from all directions from several servers with no cutlery on the table Incorrect order arrived which was sent back Servers did not wait for each course before bringing the next course Steak was cold and was sent back for reheating but second attempt the steak was still coldish House Salad was ok but the menu doesn’t say whats in salad - there is only one salad on the menu which is ridiculous (like the army) The sushi was unrecognizable - the chef should be less creative just so that we know what were eating To top everything paper napkins are a joke in a pricey restaurant like this very cheap like Macdonalds The lighting in the lounge area is too dark we couldn’t read the menu without leaning over the table the use of single spots is crazy as they only light up the centre of the table The self standing chairs were not comfortable at all maybe ok for a living room but not for a dinner table they force you back into a “hole” while you are trying to eat or read the menu in the dark So overall while some of the courses were good we expected much better - the chaos of the servers must be sorted out Our party size was 4 adults and three kids

   Joeys YD is always my first choice for the variety of food on their menu, clean and inviting atmosphere & excellent customer service! Big thank you to Lexa who always goes above and beyond to make sure every guest is taken care of! Big thank you to Jasper as well who served our table with a smile and service that's second to none! Kind and caring service is hard to come by these days Joeys is lucky to have you both on their team!

   Rose was our server. She was so lovely. We had a table of children and she was patient and kind. Interacted with them. The manager was also serving us. She was also very kind and interactive. Great overall experience. Food was fantastic

   My guest’s steak was overdone. The refire took loner to come out than the original order (upwards of 20 mins). The MOD then brought a bowl of pre-cut steak strips instead of replacing the plate. This second attempt was also overcooked, dry and inedible… and by then I had finished my meal and my guest had finished the rest of her plate, sans steak. An extremely disappointing experience to the point that we will not return to this location despite loving the chain.

    From the minute I walked in, everyone was so attentive. I was celebrating a friend’s birthday and the staff was all over the details to make sure we were satisfied. Special thanks to all the service staff but in particular yo the Evening Manager, he was in good spirits even though he was injured. This is the reason, I keep going back!
