   Rose was our server. She was so lovely. We had a table of children and she was patient and kind. Interacted with them. The manager was also serving us. She was also very kind and interactive. Great overall experience. Food was fantastic

   My guest’s steak was overdone. The refire took loner to come out than the original order (upwards of 20 mins). The MOD then brought a bowl of pre-cut steak strips instead of replacing the plate. This second attempt was also overcooked, dry and inedible… and by then I had finished my meal and my guest had finished the rest of her plate, sans steak. An extremely disappointing experience to the point that we will not return to this location despite loving the chain.

   From the minute I walked in, everyone was so attentive. I was celebrating a friend’s birthday and the staff was all over the details to make sure we were satisfied. Special thanks to all the service staff but in particular yo the Evening Manager, he was in good spirits even though he was injured. This is the reason, I keep going back!

   The ambiance and service is amazing. The architecture and design of the place looks beautiful as well especially from the second floor. The food however was okay. I ordered the classic Joey steak. The sides it came with were amazing however the steak itself was extremely mediocre as it was overcooked. The person I came with also said their steak was also not cooked how it should have been. I may come again to try something else, but it’s nothing special and not worth the money for your value.

   We had a wonderful experience. Friendly staff. Good music. Food and drinks were on point. The Gyoza is always a favourite. Naya did amazing. There was another young lady, our server. She was exceptional!

   We were upstairs and close to the kitchen so it was warmer than usual. Very good wait staff. Handled a huge table like a true professional. Everything is on an expensive side but quality was amazing, ambience was great and we had a quite memorable night. Overall great experience not to mention no complaints about our table growing from 10 to 14 in split second. No one complained and everyone facilitated so if you ever have a larger gathering - great place to be sans attitude and grief.
