We had a large party of 11. Orders were taken efficiently and accurately. All food came out at the same time hot and great presentation. We were celebrating a retirement. So the staff was nice and included a little surprise with dessert. The bills were all done separately with no issues. The staff were attentive and we didn’t feel rushed to leave. We will definitely return.

My family and I had a great experience here. We were a group of 7, the waitress, Aryana, was absolutely incredible. She kept our drinks full, was attentive and very kind! Not to mention the food was delicious! A few of us had the truffle ravioli, chicken Parmesan with spaghetti and the joeys steak. We will definitely be back to this location!

The server on the rooftop lounge was working alone when we arrived and had what looked to be about 8 or 9 tables. This was clearly an understaffing issue - and we had to wait a long time to get drinks, refills, appetizers, main order etc. This is not the server's fault - she was great and overworked. The manager who was in he rooftop lounge was completely useless and not helping the server at all. She was standing at the bar on her phone for most of our experience, while our server ran around to all the tables, making drinks at the bar, running drinks, running the food, and trying to touch tables. It was very disappointing to see JOEY trying to scrimp and save by understaffing - while paying a manager a salary + Tips to play on her phone. The service staff deserves better - and so do the paying guests.
