   Joe's Sherway is my son's and my favourite place; every visit is a delightful experience. The atmosphere is always warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for both casual gatherings and special occasions. . The portion sizes are generous, and each dish is beautifully presented. **Service**: The service is top-notch. Our servers are always attentive without being intrusive, providing just the right amount of recommendations and checking in on us throughout the meal. It truly enhanced the overall dining experience. **Ambiance**: Joe's has a cozy yet upscale vibe. The decor is tasteful, with warm lighting that sets a relaxed mood. It’s a great place to unwind after a long day or celebrate a special occasion. **Pricing**: The prices are reasonable for the quality of food and service provided. It’s on the higher end, but definitely worth it for a treat or a night out. Overall, I highly recommend Joe's for anyone looking for a satisfying meal in a pleasant setting.    Despite having booked a reservation, we were seated at a high table by the bar where the music was played extremely loud. I arrived after my friend who had already ordered a bottle of water. After looking around and seeing a number of available tables on the bar side and other tables on the other side, I asked a hostess who was passing by if we could move to an open table given that I had booked a reservation to avoid sitting at a high table. She told us to cash out the bottle of water first and then she could move us. After having to look for our waitress ourselves, when she came to ask what I wanted to drink, I told her that we were moving, and she asked me for the table number where we were going (not sure why I would know that) and when I told her exactly what I was told, she just said “ok” and left. No idea if she was going to cash us out or….I then had to look for the hostess again. Honestly, I’m not sure why they could not have taken us to our new table and take care of all that administrative stuff from behind the scenes rather than inconvenience the customer? We were moved to the other side and unfortunately, the service was not great. No one ever came back to fill my water glass ( I had tap water). I have booked and been to this Joey’s many times but honestly, this by far was the worst experience. Will have to think twice before booking here again.

   The room is lovely but loud. I had steak and sushi - done to Joey standards, good across the country. The wait staff was lacking, wine went empty before my meal was finished, server didn’t return until I was finished so I cleared the bill and left.

   Great experience at Joey's, mothers' day celebration was a blast, food was delicious, and the extra dessert made our day, especially the kids' day. I would highly recommend the steak and suhi dish.

   Pricey, the food was good. But long wait for the server to return to our table to inquire if we need anything and to clear the dinner plates. Long wait for the main course and dessert.

   From the ladies at the front upon arrival to the people running the dishes, we had great service from everyone. High five to the kitchen team for a delicious meal all around! A big shout out to our waiter, Juan, who was polite and attentive. Thank you!
