   Was there with my 10 year old son for dinner, sat at my table for 27 minutes, got one drink served, no orders were taken and no one came to check on us. I saw 4 different servers and a bartender, 6 tables seated and we couldn’t get service. Staff is all chatting and laughing with each other so we got up and left.. I’ve been here before and it’s clear this location has a fundamental issue front of house. Can’t get sat on time even with a reservation despite SO many tables available, servers are inattentive and management clearly is not providing any direction. If you want someone to pay $75 for a strip loin you need to do much better. Will NEVER go back

   I was there last night having a girls night with one of my girlfriends. The service was horrible. Our sever was not attentive at all and barely came and checked on us. It took a half an hour for drinks to be brought to our table and another 20 minutes for her to come and take our order. We arrived there at 9pm and it wasn’t even busy for the service to be that poor. I absolutely love joeys and come all the time with my girlfriends and my boyfriend for date night and the service I received just left such a bad taste in my mouth.

   Very tasty food. Nice and fast service. A bit too loud but still acceptable noise. Definitely recommend.

   My friends and I enjoyed our dinner in the Joey Sherway lounge last evening and appreciate the welcome prosecco. Our server Liz was friendly and responsive but a bit busy with other tables at times and other servers also seamlessly supported our table. High marks for super cold beer served in cold glasses. Please keep this. Prices have clearly risen over the past year and I was a bit disappointed that the fish taco plate now includes only two tacos as I recall three tacos not too long ago. We always like the Joey Sherway lounge ambiance and will be back again.

   My girls and I had a lovely afternoon at Joey’s. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming perfect for a lunch date. We did run into a small issue with our meals, but the way it was handled truly stood out. Manager Tara and Dre were both quick to address the situation and made sure we were taken care of, which we really appreciated. Our server, Jordyn, was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Overall it was great service and a great vibe—we’ll definitely be back!    We were very happy with our dining experience, esp with Maddie as our server who was very attentive and professional. Our meals were extremely appetizing - gyoza for starters, salmon and cod as our mains, molten lava with cappuccino and latte. Thank you ! 🙏

   I came here for a late Mother's day celebrate lunch. We had such a great time. The food was amazing. The upper lounge was beautiful. The server was even nice to write a message in spanish which was supper sweet!

   It was a great lunch spot to catch up with an old friend. The menu provided a variety of food options, especially for vegetarian and pescatarian individuals. The service was good and efficient, we received our appetizer and main meals very quickly! Highly recommend as a lunch spot!

    Being welcomed with a glass of bubbly was especially nice! The food was delicious & served w/o delay, we were there 12:45-13:45; all staff were very warm & helpful. We’ll go again!
