Love Joeys and we are regulars however the food is often served cold because it’s sits for a long time waiting to be picked up by the server. We rarely say anything but the last time it was we sent it back only to have it replaced with more cold food. Not good enough for the price so I’m afraid we are going to go elsewhere. The food itself is excellent and the service is outstanding but we are fed up with cold food.

great i was a minute late due to traffic but was seated right away ! all the resturants at sherway gardens are great

Great evening with friends. Wait staff, hostess and management all super friendly and helpful. Food was absolutely amazing. Will definitely be returning.

They closed their patio in the evening and did not inform us even though we had made a reservation for 4 people. If they had informed us we could have gone to another place of our choice but by not informing us we were forced to dine at Joey's as no place accepts last minute reservations. We spoke to Rubina the manager on duty who first said that they called us but when I showed her my phone log to prove that I did not receive any call, she then apologized but did nothing for us. She was all talk and no action. Brianne the waitress who served us was terrific. Not going to Joey's again.

Great experience! We were there celebrating our friends birthday! From the prosecco to the free cheese cake with happy birthday on it Joeys did celebrating the right way! Thank you for making our night so special.

We come at least once a month. It is a great place for us. Our server was amazing and we had our table that we asked for. It was a bit louder this time. Usually we have no issues talking, last night was hard.

We had a great time at Joey Sherway! I really appreciate how consistently delicious the food is, no matter which location you visit. We started with the truffle fries and mushrooms—the mushrooms on their own are so delicious and the truffle fries are always perfectly done. For lunch, I had the Farmers Market salad, which was fresh and is always a favourite of mine. We had a great experience and wonderful service, as always!

Had a great experience. The service was excellent - attentive and friendly. The food was delicious especially the seared salmon sushi wow!!! I also loved my drink - the country club.

Upstairs lounge is very understaffed. Took 20 mins to get water and meal took 3 hours due to lack of service.
