Waiter was rude & took too long to get food. 2 hr lunch & we only ordered entrees & one dessert. Will not return.

My first choice of entree was not available and same for the second choice. I had to settle for something that was not exactly what I really wanted.

It’s always fun at Joey, I go to Manhattan Beach, and Newport. The service is typically excellent. We had a small hiccup in June ‘25. There was a change of servers and our entree order fell through the cracks. However ‘Journi’ saved the day with her lovely smile and attention. My friend and me had lots to catch up on so the time wasn’t an issue. Journi made us welcome and was incredibly apologetic. Soon we were enjoying food and all was tasting excellent as always. I’m very disappointed they have discontinued the Butter Chicken; there was a table of 4 who came and left without eating as they wanted the butter chicken too. I sincerely hope it comes back in the winter. The pork chop was delicious and had a real depth of flavor. The apple pie is always good and my friends butter cake heavenly. All I. All it was an enjoyable evening. I will however consider the missing butter chicken when I next chose a restaurant in MB. Thanks Journi.

Just be ready to talk loud over the music. Food was great. Store treats you well. 5th or 6th time attending over a few years

I absolutely love Joey's. No matter which location you go to they give you sparkling wine driving is a plus. I am very impressed with every location that I've visited and I will continue to go.

I’ve been coming to Joey Manhattan for the past four years, and it’s always been one of my favorite spots—especially for the hibachi wings, which I absolutely fell in love with. Unfortunately, my experience last night was incredibly disappointing. The wings were burned—not once, but twice. The dry rub was scorched and bitter, completely ruining what used to be my favorite dish. That’s never happened before, so I’m not sure what’s changed in the kitchen. I was also disappointed to see the crab cakes taken off the menu. I usually order the same three things every time I visit, so with two of them gone or poorly made, I ended up just having the crispy mashed potatoes for dinner. That said, the service has always been excellent. Jake (with the dark hair) and Emma are both fantastic—friendly, attentive, and professional. I’ve consistently had great customer service over the years, which is why I’ve continued coming back. I really hope this was just an off night because I’ve always enjoyed this place. I’d love to see the quality get back to what it used to be.
