   I came here with a girlfriend of mine for brunch and we had the best time! The service was outstanding, we met the manager, Devin who was incredibly kind! You’re welcomed with a complimentary glass of Prosecco and then we ordered martinis (which for $24 it’s like getting 2 1/1 martinis - great deal. All of the food is good and today I went with a Mediterranean bowl which was delicious and filling! Devin came over to top off our procecco and everyone including Savannah who wasn’t assigned to us were attentive. Highly recommend!

   The place is nice but can make use of good staff. The waitress who was assigned to us was just not professional. There was no communication and wasn’t friendly at all. She made us feel we were a bother. We asked if the steak that was served was well done- she just checked on the tablet without good communication- on top of that- she left the plate on the edge of the table. We didn’t know if it was a wrong plate that was served so we waited 15-20 minutes ( that’s how long we saw her again). When she passed by we asked her again if that was the right plate- she just responded in a rude manner. I spoke to their manager Emma and I requested for another waitress. I explained to Emma that the manner how were were seated all the way to having the warm plate getting cold waiting for the waitress to comeback was a waste of time. Staff at JOEY should get a good training on how to deal with customers. Should I comeback again on this location- A big NO! My first & last visit at JOEY MB. Reservation 05/08/25 @ 2015.

   Joey’s is a fun dining place. The cocktails are great. On the plus side the chicken lettuce wraps and crab cakes were awesome. Our server was also a pleasure. The steaks were good but for the price should be better. However the one really huge negative are the paper napkins. For an upscale, or a place trying to be upscale, dining establishment, having cheap paper napkins is kinda ridiculous. They really need a cloth napkin. Cheap brown tissue paper for a napkin is annoying.

   The waitstaff is always attentive at Joey’s. We love the atmosphere and the food is very good. We’ve never had a bad meal or unpleasant experience at Joey’s. Our favorite dishes are, the chicken lettuce wraps,cheeseburgers,wings and hummus.

   Great as always- whoever picked the playlist WOW. Sat right by the kitchen and got to see the team working, so fun

    We were in for the first time and wow what an experience! Everyone loved their meal and our server was very friendly and helpful with questions regarding the menu. Joey will be one of our go to places in Manhattan Beach or wherever we find ourselves with another one of their locations.
