Food was outstanding. 10/10 across the board for 4 meals and dessert. Service was very slow.

We arrived at 6 pm for a 6 pm reservation and we were seated at 6:30. As we had theatre tix it made for a really rushed meal. They couldn’t provide an explanation as to why we weren’t seated. But I think they forgot about us and it wasn’t until we went and complained that they then started the ball rolling to get us seated. The restaurant is so dark you need a flashlight to see the menu and the person you are dining with. The food value for your money is poor. I had the lettuce wraps while they were tasty it was such a small portion (barely 3 ounces of chicken) for $24.50 with lettuce. The servers were nice and apologetic but I would have left if it hadn’t been for us needing to eat rather quickly before the show with no real time to make a decision to go somewhere else.

Our servers were the perfect balance of helpful but not annoying. They handled the payment process exceptionally well, by handing the bill to the person across from me (and not to me), so the other guy could pay for the whole thing. Well done!!!

We went for a wedding celebration early dinner and the Hostess receiving us was fantastic. She explianed they had reserved a specific table with Wedding decorations and we would receive a complimentary desert after our dinner. The Happy hour had very few dinner options but the drinks were good. The Happy Hour Cheeseburger special big dissapointment as it comes with a small glass of wine costs extra $3 but the Cheeseburger somes without the extra patty and no fries served on a small tiny plate barely fiting the Cheeseburger. Our other food was great Steak/Frites and Mediterrain Salad and Happy hour mixed drinks were 90% ice served on small tumblers but the Sangaria was delicious. After our dinner given it was a Wedding celebration we did not receive our complimentary desert very dissapointing given the occasion to end on a happy note.

We received a warm welcome at the entrance, which truly made our day. It was around 11 in the morning, so there were only a few guests at that time. All the furniture and decor were elegant and clean. this is an upscale casual dine-in restaurant,. Our server, Theresa, was such a sweetheart, she gave us space but also helped us make our selections. After 12 o’clock, the place got busier, but their attentiveness and supportiveness remained the same. Food was amazing and came in large potions. I highly recommend Joey 75 Champagne Cocktail, Joey Classic Steak, Spicy Crab dip and S'mores Ice Cream Pie.

Joeys Eaton Centre was an absolute gem! The food was great and Spenser our waitress was an amazing person! Her energy knows no bounds. Would definitely come again
