Our servers were very diligent and attentive, and gave us good advice on the menu, as in what to choose and why. Food was delicious, and the upstairs lounge was a more intimate, quieter ambience which we liked.

Unfortunately, this experience was subpar at best. The server was unorganized, forgot our water, forgot our drinks, didn’t provide any cutlery or plates for our appetizers, had to keep asking for more water. She would turn and look at other staff as to blame them. Frankly, the worst experience I’ve had in Toronto in a long while. It’s not like they were understaffed or super busy. We just did not have good service. The food was good, but not having what we needed for what we spend there is not acceptable. Do better!

Sam was very attentive and pleasant. Food arrived hot and in good time. My issue with this location, every time that we have visited, is that reservations don’t seem to mean anything and you always have to wait to be seated. If I have a reservation I think that it is reasonable to expect to be seated within 5 mins of the specified time. Waiting 15 mins or more does not make for a relaxing start to a meal when you made the reservation 2 weeks prior.

Sarah was our server. She was awesome. She said she was newer to Joey’s but not to serving. 10/10 from her. The food was awesome also. Thanks for a great experience.

We did receive a complimentary glass of Prosecco after we had our happy hour drink but probably wouldn’t have ordered another drink if we had received it when we arrived. Our waitress Bre was excellent. Noise level was ok. Food was excellent. Would definitely recommend Joeys to anyone!

This was my second time eating at Joey's. And it didn't disappoint. Service was great and food was incredible. Everyone in our party had a different dish and loved it. I would recommend the Chicken Lettuce Wraps and the Blackend Chicken. Both are amazing. Can't wait to come back.
