   Great experience for a business lunch. Delicious food, but it came out all together (appetizers with mains). Also, a bit of confusion around the menu for dessert/coffee. Otherwise all good!

   A very decent restaurant. Delicious steak, beef carpaccio, and apple pie. However, the service is rather poor and the waitress was impatient and inconsiderate.

   During my recent visit, I faced a few obstacles that marred the overall experience. The server seemed disengaged, as if lost in thought, which resulted in the unfortunate oversight of the second cocktail I had ordered. There were long stretches of silence where we felt abandoned at our table, waiting for some acknowledgment while we savored our meals. The experience would have undeniably improved with a more attentive and proactive approach from the staff—someone who truly took pride in their role and engaged with us throughout our dining experience.

   I returned after two months and, unfortunately, I noticed a significant decline in the quality of service. Our reservation was at 10:30 p.m., but we had to wait over 20 minutes to be seated. Once at the table, it took another 15 minutes before we were offered water and given the menu. Overall, the service was careless, and the restrooms were in very poor sanitary condition. Due to this entire experience, we finished our meal quickly and decided to leave early. Truly a disappointing night.

   What a perfect afternoon for all our ladies. I can’t thank you enough for making the afternoon so special, from start to finish. The food and service were beyond 5 stars.

   Very welcoming. Our server, Rachel, provided attentive & happy service, we had elderly guests & she was very kind & thoughtful with them. The food was delicious & fresh. Joey’s Eaton Centre definitely gets it right.

    Had a corner booth for lunch - great seating. Food was delicious. Our server Kat was super pleasant and efficient. We had a very relaxing meal, never hurried and never ignored. Would highly recommend as a perfect place to meet friends.
