Stacey Was an excellent attentive waitress. Delicious appetizers but main dishes were on the smaller size which was a bit disappointing. Overall a pleasant evening.
Great as always.
Practically perfect in every way
Love Joey D's. Wife and I enjoy coming here and splitting the Prime Rib. Only docked one stat since they took the Onion Loaf off the menu.
2nd time there. Food selection excellent. One exception, with a bar that size you’d think they’d have a bottle of absinthe. Service excellent.
Worth every penny! Everything was good from appetizer to desert. I sat by the windows and really enjoyed myself.
Great food and excellent service! Will, our server, was outstanding and I will request to be at one of his tables when I go back!
Jalen was a great server and treated us especially kindly once we realized oyster shooters are no longer on the menu. 😢 But his wonderful service made up for it.
Jordan provided excellent service! The food was delicious and we have a great time!
We went for lunch, and were disappointed that a couple of our favorites are no longer offered, the bbq brisket sandwich and the onion loaf :( Disappointed with the bbq chicken sandwich we tried instead. Menu is lacking a simple side salad as an even sub for fries. Service was great, but not sure we'll go back given that we couldn't find much that interested us in terms of reasonable lunch options.
So wonderful to be back enjoying my favorite entree salad and honey drizzled croissant! The people hear always do a great job.
Had a great time. Service was good. Drinks were great. Food was good.
Excellent place for a business or couple's dinner.
The fish was fresh and well seasoned. They were completely out of headed shrimp though. The dining area was extremely cold. Prompt good service.
Disappointed that they were out of half the items on the menu and didn’t tell us until well after they were ordered
We’ve eaten at this restaurant many times so I thought it would be a nice place to go for Mother’s Day. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience...
they were out of several things including some thing as simple as broccolini. We had to wait a very long time for entrées and sadly, my entrée was the WORST filet mignon I’ve ever had! First, they served it to me way under cooked, so I asked them to please cook it just a little bit more and it came back way over cooked, dry and no flavor at all! They did the opposite with my oldest son’s house burger r, it was way over cooked and when they brought him out a new burger, it was as raw as steak tartare. No apologies for anything, no free dessert was offered for the mistakes.
It’s a shame because as mentioned we always had good meals there in the past.
It was very nice however they didn’t have any crab claws available everything was superb!
My food was not brought out in orderly fashion. It took 30 minutes for a waiter to come greet us and give us water... my steak was not cooked to the temperature i asked. I asked for medium well, they brought me medium RARE. Just not a good experience this time for Mother's day
food was really good, I highly recommend
Service was ok once they came to the table. Waited 30 minutes to even get greeted. Appetizer never came. We order expensive wine. Didn’t come till late. When salad came no silverware or napkins. Steak was not edible. Over all horrible meal. Bad vibe. I get was busy for mother day but come on. Out of everything. Won’t be back for a long time.
Excellent restaurant with a yummy appetizers and delicious entrees. Our waitress Jay was excellent in suggestions for food and drinks. Will definitely return.
We went there and Mother's day and despite how busy it was, the staff did an amazing job taking care of everyone. We will definitely go back!
It was Mother's Day ... and they were slammed ... so I'll cut them some slack for my not 'medium' cooked steak (more well than medium). The flavor was there and the drinks were delicious. Our server did a fantastic job, considering the kitchen was obviously overwhelmed. We'll come back on a non-holiday.
We went for Mother’s Day and it was super crowded. I would definitely go again because the service was really good and they took care of us. I do want to say though that we had to send all of our food back due to the bland taste! They rectified the situation immediately which was highly appreciated! The wait for our food was also super long. Maybe we will try to go during lunch when the restaurant isn’t so full.
Superb service by Jaylen (our server) whom provided an excellent experience on Mothers Day.
Not my first time dining at this restaurant. I believe this is my 3rd time. Today mother's day was busy. All the food we ordered except for the drinks came in late but then again it's understandable. We made a reservation couple of days prior. They offered us drinks on the house due to the delay. Overall good vibe. Server was nice. I've recommend this place to my friends and they love it and some plan to visit soon.
It was either overcrowded, or short staffed or both, but we waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for our entrees to arrive, as did everyone in our section. It was obvious that there was not nearly enough staff to handle the number of people who were there. Waited 15 minutes for a server, 25 minutes for our first drink and another 30 minutes for our salads. And on top of all of that, the AC was blasting and it was extremely cold and uncomfortable. We are grateful for those that worked on Mothers Day, but the experience was our first disappointing one at Joey D's.
It was fine. Not great but they’re recovery like everyone else.
I realize that it was Mother's Day, but it took over 45 minutes for food to arrive once we ordered it. Luckily, we had ordered apps so it was not too bad.
So good and friendly!
We dined for Mother’s Day. The hostess was horrible. She had a horrible attitude and was rude and kept whispering to another employee like she was saying something she didn’t want us to hear that she was saying about us. She needs a lesson in what customer service means or she needs to find a new job where she doesn’t have to work with people. I cannot express how horrible she was.
On another note our waitress was excellent. We have not had a wait staff to be this excellent in a very long time. She helped make the horrible experience with the hostess fade. We were very pleased with our waitress
The food took way to long to come out. Our meal took 45 minutes to get to us. The only thing that save the whole day was the awesome service from our waitress.
Mother’s Day so it was packed for a Sunday early lunch…love Joey Ds only issue was our appetizer didn’t come out before rest of the meal. Otherwise great lunch!
30min wait even with reservation. Steaks were over cooked.
Didn’t love our experience. Probably would not come back.
We had an appointment at 8:15 and didn't get seated till a lil after 9 (so 50min later with a reservation). Granted it was Mothers Day weekend, but no excuse for 50 minute wait. And, that was with me putting pressure on the Maitre D.
It was extremely busy. Hard for staff/kitchen to keep up with. Food was delayed.
Booked reservation for 7:30 and had to wait almost an hour for a table and another 45 minute for food.
The host/hostess team were overwhelmed when we arrived for our 7:15pm reservation and we had to wait 25+ minutes before being seated. Once seated we had a nice experience with prompt service and delicious entrees.
Way too many people and too loud. Service was very slow.
