   I ordered the Onion Soup which was not up to par with other restaurants in the same level. The salads were large and quite good. My wife had the chopped steak with a baked potato, which she really enjoyed and was too big a portion for her to finish, which will make another good meal. My broiled salmon did not have much flavor and the mushrooms were kind of weird. The roasted broccoli was pretty good. Next time I’ll stick with the ribs, which are always Delicious! The desserts of Cheesecake and Apple Pie a La Mode were delicious. Kaitlyn our server was very good and the manager accommodated a special request. Not the best meal I’ve had there, but we will return as we always have very good meals there. We had a good time with friends, and I’ll order my favorite next time.

   Had a late lunch planned with the man, the legend himself Mr. Jimmy Economos. Jimmy has a bang up good events production company and he and his wife Leah produce several events for Dunwoody and the DHA in particular and act as the chief fundraisers for our cause. What's better than two guys in shorts talking about whatever comes out of their traps, right? Seated at my end of the room, and the games were in full throttle. Started the day with vodka and sodas and Mr. E had a splash of pineapple in his, which I imagine is really good. Appetizers of crab claws and calamari. The crab claws were a tad less spiced today and I actually liked that. Calamari was lightly breaded and not as chewy as it is at times. I had one crab claw that I swear I could have gone outside with and used for a croquet mallet. We both opted for salads, he a filet salad, and I had the chicken Caesar ( duh...right?). Judging by the amount of salad left on our respective plates, they were good! It was an honor to break bread with Jimmy. We talked. We laughed. We conducted business. Talked about all things Dunwoody. Then.... it was over. I had been told that one of my favorite people on the planet was to be there today, but alas, it was not to be. I was cheated. Duped. Ok... I'm just joshing all of you who are reading this balderdash. Yet again, good food and great company makes any meal a pleasure. Today was one of 'em!

   Another great meal at Joey D's! It did seem a bit rushed as a large party was getting ready to order, but it was better than waiting on 30+ peoples orders.

   The experience was good but the food needs an overhaul especially the salmon and steaks because the seasoning is lacking big time but the oysters and drinks were perfect.

   We have been to Joey Ds many times . The food is consistently good. The service is usually excellent . Not this time Our server was just not engaged . Despite very clear guidance, he didn't get the order right. He didn't refill our water ask if we wanted another round of drinks . He didn't ask how our food was ,didn't clear our table when we were done or ask if we wanted desert. It put a negative feel on our experience.

   This was our first time here. We were seated right away at a beautiful table by the window. Our server was great and gave us the low down on the current specials and favorites. We tried the shrimp, crab claws, and croissants and not a one was disappointing! Hubby had an amazing steak, I had the Chilean Seabass special (perfection) and kids the cheeseburger and chicken tenders. The atmosphere was really pretty with the open floor and surrounding windows. Loved getting peek into the kitchen as well. Reasonably priced for the level of food. We will definitely be back to try more delicious food & cocktails!

   The food and the service were both great! The service was outstanding despite how busy the restaurant was. I highly recommend that you go to this restaurant for any occasion. You will be very happy that you did
