Birthday Dinner Review – Joey Dallas Restaurant I ironically missed my original birthday dinner reservation (yes, I know!), so I was scrambling to find a last-minute spot that still gave luxury vibes, celebration energy, and all the feels I needed on my special day. I wanted somewhere that would feel like an experience — beautiful, calming, and where I didn’t have to worry about anything. That’s when I found Joey Dallas Restaurant, and wow — it was exactly what I didn’t know I needed. From the moment I looked at the menu, I felt hopeful. I don’t eat meat, and I saw options that worked for me. Then I looked at the photos and was immediately drawn in. The space is stunning — low lighting, clean design, lush plants, and beautiful art everywhere. I was sold. When I arrived, I was a little unsure — it wasn’t very crowded, even though it was Father’s Day. But they were open until midnight, so I figured I had time to enjoy. And let me just say — from the moment we walked in, it felt special. We were greeted with wine and seated immediately in a cozy booth. The service? Impeccable. The food? Delicious. The vibe? Everything. Everything felt intentional and effortless. At the end of the night, they brought out a beautiful berry buttercream cake for me with “Happy Birthday” on it — such a thoughtful touch. Every inch of this place is picture-worthy. You can literally take a photo anywhere and it’ll look like a moment. I felt taken care of. I felt celebrated. I felt like it was my day. 10/10 experience — coming from the birthday girl herself. Wonderful time at Joey’s. Greeted with a complimentary sparkling wine. Service was excellent. Ordered crunchy chicken salad, friends ordered fish tacos and tofu salad. All the food was delicious and fresh. Will definitely come back.

The food is consistently very good. I recommend the Mediterranean bowl-it’s the best bowl of its type I’ve ever had. Loved our server-very friendly and efficient.

The property and decor are both appealing and modern. With that, all positives end. Service was cold, slow, inattentive, and uncaring. Cheeseburger was overcooked and so loaded with aioli sauce, all insides slid out the back when one tried to take a bite! What joy to eat a cheeseburger with a fork! Fries were overcooked and dry. Just awful. The added bonus was to add a glass of team and then be charged $40 for a meal that is better at your local We day’s. I won’t be back.
