Had a great experience in the lounge with Ana! She was personable, gave us what we needed, and always kept our drinks full. The hostess working (didn’t grab her name) was also very sweet and took the time to personally connect with us. Bubbles at the door were a great touch as well. Highly recommend

Waitresses were unfriendly. Eats served to bare minimum, no bread with mushrooms, no veggies with Hot Wings :-(

Our waiter (unfortunately don't remember his name) Washington mistaken patient and courteous towards these retirees. Great service.

The food was lovely but service terrible. Tasty crab starter but had only just commenced eating and mains were put in front of us which we declined although pressured to accept. Eventually took mains away and recooked our mains which were again tasty BUT when I finished mine and my wife still eating, my plate was taken and offered to order desserts! At that point asked for manager who was polite and apologetic and didn’t charge us. Never had this service anywhere in the World!

An all round great experience. Enjoyed our food, excellent menu, excellent service. Very handy location downtown.
