   We had an amazing meal and were served quickly and efficiently by Jennifer. I would really recommend this restaurant and next time I am in Miami I will definitely be back.

   Reservation for 6:30PM. Arrived 6:15PM, we were sat at 7:15. Served ALL our food 8:40. Yes that’s right 2 hours and 10 mins after our reservations we were served ALL of our food. We ordered crab claws but they came with the steaks. Our server said Surf and Turf was the norm? We’ve eaten at the locations in Chicago and Las Vegas several times. Never had that experience. $500 bill for two. Should have spent it somewhere else. We’ll do Chicago again but never this location.

   Busy night as it was Mother's Day and the service was not up to its usual standards. I recommend going for lunch or a non-occasion night. Disappointed in what's usually a special experience.

   You can’t go wrong with a tried and true classic for a big day. In our case it was Mother’s Day. The service was excellent, prompt, informative, and personal. The food is battle tested and time honored. Starting with stone crabs sets the tone. The wine list is surprisingly affordable.

   As Miami locals, we have dined at Joe’s many times over the years, however we have not been to Joe’s since before Covid. When I noticed that we could now book a reservation on Open Table, I was very excited and immediately booked for lunch on Mother’s Day. What a mistake! I truly wish that I would have selected ANY restaurant other than Joe’s. To say it was a huge disappointment would be an understatement. Our server was absolutely the worst and was definitely not up to Joe’s normally very high standards. First of all, we were not seated until almost 50 minutes after our reservation. As it was Mother’s Day, I didn’t complain as everywhere is busy. Once seated, our server took our drink orders. We asked her if the Seafood Trio had the same amount of selects as the standard order of selects, as this was my son’s deciding factor on whether he would select the trio for $87.95 or the regular order of selects for $59.95. Our server assured us that there were the same amount of claws in both options. The trio arrived, and it was only 3 selects, 3 med sized shrimp and the smallest king crab legs that I have ever seen. This should have been priced at $40, absolutely not worth almost $90, and my son NEVER would have selected this over the selects. Our waters were never refilled, nor were our other drinks. The server never checked in after the food arrived and I had to flag her down to request missing sides and also to request bibs and refills. Both multiple times. I asked her 3 times for bibs, which were never brought to our table…it was just not the service that we have had so many times in the past.

    Service at Joe’s is always impeccable and the food is consistent. I would only recommend eating the stone crabs during season, otherwise they are previously frozen and the taste is much different. The creamed spinach is out of this world.
