   Went to check off this bucket list item. Nothing surprising food wise which would have made us sit up and take notice. Bring your full wallet, you will need it and then some.

   It was a very pleasant first time experience. The reservations were easy to make via Open Table. We arrived and gave our names to the Maitre D and they sat us within 30 mins (we actually arrived before our reservation time). Once we sat, we were greeted immediately and brought water and fresh bread quickly after. Our waitresses was extremely knowledgeable and checked on us often. The restaurant can use a little more up to date decor but maybe the point is to keep it as close to the original look as possible. Food was tasty and fresh and well presented. The price was better than I was expecting as well, especially for being located at the beach and as popular as it is.

   There is nothing “overrated” about dining at Joe’s. The service, food and the attention to detail sets this restaurant apart from all others. It’s a Miami institution that should not be missed.

   Great service, food, waitress, ambience. Stone crabs were amazing. But, you take a hit to your wallet. Incredibly expensive.

    We arrive for our reservation the maître D at the front with the New York accent and the dark hair is extremely rude. Told him we had our reservation. He told me to go park myself at the bar for 20 minutes then when we were seated, we were sat outside instead of inside, not the experience I had last time won’t come back again. We normally come here once a year for the F1 race going to pass and go to another restaurant. Sorry Joe‘s extremely disappointed this trip. Last trip was really nice. This trip subpar. Expensive meal to be treated in this manner.
