Our waiter was fantastic! The lobster bisque was easily the worst I've ever had. The rest of the food was decent. They were also understaffed with an unnecessary wait.
We had reservations at 730 and were not sat until 830- our waitress was amazing!
When I have eaten there before, the food was really delicious but not really this time. The drinks didn't taste very good almost like water.
Kiera was our server one day and we actually returned the next day with our family and asked to be seated in her section again. She made an incredibly long wait (80 mins) to get our food on day two acceptable as it was not her fault the kitchen was slow. She entertained our grandkids and they loved the sundaes at the end of their meals both days. Be prepared to wait anywhere you go on the island on the weekend as many places are short staffed.
Service was lacking. We had a bad experience overall. Expected better seafood for being right on the ocean.
I had a great experience the only problem I had was my own fault I got a souvenir drink and I forgot my souvenir mason jar at my table and I live in Tupelo Mississippi and I was really excited about my jar.

The wife and daughter had the crab legs and absolutely enjoyed them. I had the fried shrimp and it was pretty good too.
Even though we had a reservation….we still had to wait up to 20 minutes past our time. They were very short staffed but we did not know that until after sitting for a while and our server disappearing multiple times for around 10-15 minutes. The food was great though!

From the moment we walked in until we left our experience was nothing but amazing!! The people who checked us in were very professional and accommodating to our large (20 person) group. We were seated right on our reservation time - no waiting! And our server was over the top awesome! She was happy, fun, had our drinks constantly filled and our food arrived quickly and it was all correct. I can not say enough about the amazing experience our group had there. I would highly recommend.
This is usually my favorite restaurant, but unfortunately tonight’s experience was terrible. They were out of at least half the things on the menu and the service was awful. They were severely understaffed. I’m pretty positive the woman serving us wasn’t even a waitress because she had no idea about any of the menu items.
We went on Memorial Day, so it was crazy busy, but everyone was very attentive while we waited, and our server was super nice. Food was great as well! Highly recommend!
Our server Candice was on top of every detail. Great service and food even though they were super busy. We had a group of nine and everyone was thrilled.

It’s always packed but with the reservation it really help out to get our table around the time I made the reservation. I didn’t have to wait that long for my table to be ready.

Staff was rude and forgetful. Food was way over commercialized and frozen. Crab was over priced and mushy. Just overall was a terrible experience. Worst $125 I’ve ever spent!

The atmosphere was amazing, food was delicious but our server was absolutely horrible. My family and I finished our entire appetizer before she brought out drinks. Never came by and asked if we needed a refill. Never brought out bibs and I had to wave her down to get extra napkins. She walked by us several times and could clearly see we were done with our meal and needed the check. My wife literally had to yell ma’am to get her to look out way.
We arrived with a reservation but still had to wait 1/2 hour. Our waiter, Andre, had too many tables to deal with but did a fantastic job! Food was good, my husband’s chicken was DRY!! Very loud in the restaurant.

No sense making reservations. They make you wait regardless. Empty restaurant and waited 25 minutes and left. The girl never updated us and when we left she never told us when our table was coming up. Once we got to the parking lot my phone said the table was ready. We left anyway since it looked like food was coming out slow and we were on a time limit.
It was great service and dining experience and they where very polite to everyone.
This reservation feature was well worth it. Without it, we'd be stuck on the walkin list and endure a 2 hour wait at the front steps. Our service was excellent and the food was great!
Wonderful server. We sat on the pet friendly patio with our dog and they brought her a bowl of water. Wish the playground had been open and there weren’t so many COVID policies still in effect. There was some confusion with our reservation but they fixed it quickly after we asked why we were having to wait.

While, our service was excellent...our waiter was amazing.It took over 30 min to even a drink from the bar. The food was horrible, the lobster was so chewy and over cooked. Pretty much everything we had was not good at all. It was very disappointing especially for the cost. Joes has really gone way way downhill.
I went to Joe's in person and was told that there would be an hour wait. I then booked online and got a table in 15min. This is a bit ridiculous considering I was standing in front of the hostess when I made the online reservation, and that took precedence over someone standing there in person.

They were short staffed but our server was perfect we never had to wait or ask for him the weather was iffy but the service and food was amazing overall if it had been sunny and warm it would have been perfect all in all! The food was delicious the service was immaculate even for being very short staffed. 10/10 will go there again!
Make a reservation! Noise level during certain times can make it hard to hear each other but great staff.
