   Stopped here on vacation on a whim while out and about. Drew was our server and was awesome. She was great with our kids. The GM Stopped by to make sure everything was great and to hand us this cool thank you card and offer the kids to feed the turtles in the pond which they loved. Would come back here just for the attentive service alone. You have a great team that made us feel like family.

   Came in for lunch for a break from the beach. Sat on the patio. Ericka was our server and was very attentive to everything we needed. Food was on point. GM Mike stopped by and we loved talking with him. He even had turtle food for the baby turtles below which I freaking loved. Would definitely recommend stopping here in your trip. They went above and beyond and how cute is this thank you note?!

   We had reservations and were seated right away. Emily, our server was very prompt and attentive!! Music was a tad loud. But a good experience overall.

   The whole experience was absolutely TERRIBLE. The waitress neglected our table, the entire time. I asked for a straw and she said they’re not allowed to carry them in their aprons anymore, and said she would bring one back.. (she didn’t give ANYONE straws at our table), my husband asked her AGAIN, she threw me one… for an empty glass bc she didn’t ask if I needed a refill. She then asked my husband if he needed another beer, and put in an order for his beer, another lady brought it, and then the waitress brought another. We told her someone already brought it, so she said she would take it off the tab. Which she did. We were only charged for one beer, he had 3. And then, we asked for to go boxes, I hadn’t even put the food in them, and she was trying to snatch our kids food up, and my husbands (which he was still obviously eating), plus, I asked for the to go boxes for a reason. Once she brought the ticket, she was basically rushing us out. I’ve been to several joes crab shacks, and that one was by far my worse experience!! Will NOT recommend to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Also, it took the waiter and waitresses a long time to figure out what food was what, when bringing it to anyone’s table. They looked very inexperienced, non-professional, lacked customer service throughout the entire building, and just an awful experience. I also asked on my reservation to sing happy birthday to my daughter, they did not. So, there’s that.

   Perfect for our large group. Restaurant seated our group of 30 in a private section and was very accommodating. Food was great.

   I was very happy with my meal! My server, Bradley, was attentive and right on point— thank you for your excellent service, especially as a Navy veteran! However, I did encounter an issue with the front check-in staff. The young lady seemed quite unhappy in her role, as she didn't smile once. Despite having a reservation, we were left standing right in front of her for 20 minutes until my husband asked another staff member for assistance. It was frustrating to feel overlooked, especially while I finished my double margarita, which was light on alcohol and a bit overpriced at $20. Unfortunately, they never called our name, and the front desk staff member continued to help others with a rather negative attitude. Despite this experience, I truly enjoyed my meal and appreciated Bradley's fantastic service!

    Service was great. Meal choices had a nice variety. Service was quick and we all loved our meals. Good price point too
