   It was our 31 wedding anniversary and had a 9:00pm reservation, we showed up on time they had one set of customers it was slow, we walked in told them we had a reservation and they informed us they were closing but they didn’t close till 10pm the girl up front said let me go get my manager then another young lady came out and asked if she could help us and we said we have a reservation and she quit rudely told us they were closing for the night and asked then why did y’all take our reservation and she just turned around and went back in toward the kitchen area leaving us standing there by that time their was nothing else we could do so for my wife’s 31 year wedding anniversary she got Wendy’s drive tru I was so upset that we got done this way I will never forgive these people for this everytime we go to Branson we always drop a couple hundred dollars there to be shoved out like we came in 5 min before closing, NEVER AGAIN! My intire family goes to Branson at least 6 times a year and Joe’s Crab Shack is one place that lost our business. And I was gonna pre tip the server a $100 bill just to make sure my wife was treated very well. 🥹😡

   Spices on the shrimp and fries were just right. Great margaritas too

   Our dinner experience was wonderful tonight thanks to Jeremiah. We ordered drinks and the appetizer sampler. It all came back in about 10 minutes. The crab dip was hot and very tasty. The hot balls were good but the calamari was a little too crunchy. We ordered the large Captains plate and it was very good. Crab legs were good but we asked for the Cajun seasoning and it was poured on top of the shells. Very messing trying to crack the shells with the sauce all over it. Will skip that next time. The fries and the shrimp also on the plate were delicious. Overall, a very good dining experience, priced right and will go again.

   Made reservations got there and they said they gave our table away and they had no where to put us. So we winded up asking to slip out party and sit at two different seats

   Our server was AMAZING! He will recommend some amazing drinks from the bar! Service, appetizer, and drinks were good but unfortunately the main dish wasn't great!

   What a disappointment. Sat down early for our reservation, ordered our drinks right away, server came back with our drinks and we ordered our food at roughly 5:50pm. He came to check on us to see “how we were doing” 3 times over the span of an hour before we had to stop a waitress to get the manager bc our server was no where to be found. This was my son’s birthday dinner, he LOVES crab legs and we were here from Cincinnati visiting family so we all met up for dinner at Joes. By 7pm my son was in tears bc he was so hungry and told me he didn’t even want to eat here anymore bc it’s taking too long. The manager came out, apologized and quickly came back with our food. Crab legs were hardly warm, overcooked, and they forgot 2/3 of mine and my son’s boil. Took another 10 mins to get another part, and then another 15 to get my lobster tail. Lobster was warm but very over cooked… our boils came out on silver plates, not in bags like everyone else’s in the restaurant. It was very underwhelming to say the least. best part of the experience was the fact that the manager comped our meal… but he for some reason felt the need to touch my arm 3 separate times… made me hella uncomfortable. Please don’t touch me… personal space??? Oh let’s not forget to mention they were completely out of King crab legs bc of “spring break”, and for some reason they’re passing colossal snow crab legs off as “Queen Crab”.

   The food was good and our waitress was great! My French fries were not very hot but other than that it was a good dining experience. I was a little surprised to see dogs in the restaurant.

    Consistently good food & service was excellent (Jeremiah). Only downside was that we asked on open table for a quieter table in the quieter section of the restaurant and ended up in the main dining area. It was loud which makes conversations with dining companions hard.
